I think in madden 19, they should add the anti screen play, it will move most of the lineman and LB to the Rb, it will stop almost all screens but you will get big yards on offence if it's not a screen

Just a tip for everyone if you spot light the receiver, and manually user the lb on the side with that route they'll allow you to play it closer and the cpu safety will jump it 👍

Manually guarding them is the only true answer. If you play Man defense that will sometimes contain it, but it's not 100%.

On offense, Atlanta. On defense it's a toss up between Cincy, Jacksonville and Baltimore.

This should be in pretty much any playbook. Look at the 5 wide formation they should have a verticals play.
i swear to god Verticals gives so many bums a chance this year i'd rather defend a 4th and 2 than a 4th and 25 cuz they can Verts scramble playmaker to a first down

Zones are broken. Man coverage with a blitz is the only effective defense right now it seems. Unfortunate because I prefer zone blitzing 3-4 defenses.

Rs bro. I just lost a scrub who ran this play allllllllllll game and I did everything to stop it & he got lucky as hell on 4th down and long and threw it up for grabs and caught and ran for a td that was his first drive of the game . Whoever uses this play has no skill what so ever !

Just hold the left stick in the direction that you want to throw. You need to use at least a decent QB though. The lesser QBs will lead the ball too far sometimes.
Madden 18, DB's drop back in coverage too deep. That's why it's hard to play zone.
What do you mean by "possession catch?"
Possession catch can be done be holding the A button on Xbox or the X button on PS4. It's basically just a safe way to secure the ball and get down while catching it. You wan't get any yards after the catch if you use it, but you'll almost never drop the ball.

EricRayweather i basically only use it when guarding inside the 20.
in the 46 formation, i use cover 3 when guarding inside the 20. i show blitz to fool my opponent, every one drops back , the interception rate is sky high.

It'll still work, just maybe not as good. Seem routes will always find soft spots in most zones.

Seem routes typically kill zone defenses in real life. Have to adjust to stop it. Man him up, or spotlight him to make the defense key in on him (like they would do in real life). Not that complicated.
Lmao thats actually my scheme. i use this exact play as my critical go to on third and long no ones been able to stop it except my stupid receivers dropping the damn ball or if they man them up.
Smh I took my only loss because of this sorry play.
