After all the food debauchery in December, I'm getting back to healthy slow cooker meals for the rest of the winter! I notice food prepping guarantees that I will stick to it. I've been doing slow cooker zip lock bags. I try to do a few at a time and freeze some as well. I would love some videos on that to help give me more ideas. Thank you for these videos. You also help motivate me.

Excellent points! I still struggle with meal prep, mainly because I don't want to be on my feet that long and trying to get hubby to eat leftovers more than once is hard. But I'm working on it! Thanks for all the tips!
Then I'd suggest he can plan, shop for, and prepare meals every other day. Those who don't like leftovers or remixes of great basic foods often don't seem to do much (or any) work in the kitchen. Creativity with plant based whole foods, adding herbs and spices, and eating the rainbow have made eating a glorious experience at our house, where everybody who eats helps with the cooking. Yaas! You mentioned how prepping meals helped you lose weight and I definitely need to get on that. I've had a hard time staying within my daily calorie limit, because I haven't really had meals prepped and it's super easy to overdo it with just grabbing whatever is handy. It's not that I haven't been doing any meal prep, but I'm still looking for the right meals to help me get the nutrients that I need without going over my calories. I tried making your butternut carrot ginger soup last night, BTW. I still have to blend that, but so far, it seems really delicious AND it's relatively low in calories. I think I'm going to make some baked tofu to go on top, for something to chew on and to make sure I get enough protein. Anyway, thanks for that recipe and for this video. Blessings!
Totally! Having the right meals is definitely helpful too... it's a delicate balance of exactly what you mentioned... the right nutrients and not too many calories! Yes, soups are awesome for that! I need more help:) I feel tired and want to change but it is boring and difficult I have a burn out and Ibs dinnertimes now : I just eat what ever my son and I like and we watch a show... so it is our us time... we do not like better foods and you have to do a lot of things like shopping and cooking etc where do I get the energy when that is already so low..could you please help
Thanks for reaching out! I totally understand it’s hard to make a change when you’re feeling low energy. 😣 I would recommend making small changes slowly, where you feel comfortable. So for example if you are ready to swap your usual breakfast for a healthier one there are a lot of easy options (like oatmeal) that will help keep you full till lunch and will hopefully give you some good energy to start the day. 😊 As you incorporate more and more healthy plant foods into your diet, you should start feeling better and have more energy to shop, cook, prep, etc. When you do find some recipes you like, try cooking larger batches so you don’t have to cook everyday, you can reheat and eat which will save a lot of time and energy too! After all the food debauchery in December, I'm getting back to healthy slow cooker meals for the rest of the winter! I notice food prepping guarantees that I will stick to it. I've been doing slow cooker zip lock bags. I try to do a few at a time and freeze some as well. I would love some videos on that to help give me more ideas.

Excellent points! I still struggle with meal prep, mainly because I don't want to be on my feet that long and trying to get hubby to eat leftovers more than once is hard. But I'm working on it! Thanks for all the tips!

Then I'd suggest he can plan, shop for, and prepare meals every other day. Those who don't like leftovers or remixes of great basic foods often don't seem to do much (or any) work in the kitchen. Creativity with plant based whole foods, adding herbs and spices, and eating the rainbow have made eating a glorious experience at our house, where everybody who eats helps with the cooking. Yaas! You mentioned how prepping meals helped you lose weight and I definitely need to get on that. I've had a hard time staying within my daily calorie limit, because I haven't really had meals prepped and it's super easy to overdo it with just grabbing whatever is handy. It's not that I haven't been doing any meal prep, but I'm still looking for the right meals to help me get the nutrients that I need without going over my calories. I tried making your butternut carrot ginger soup last night, BTW. I still have to blend that, but so far, it seems really delicious AND it's relatively low in calories. I think I'm going to make some baked tofu to go on top, for something to chew on and to make sure I get enough protein. Anyway, thanks for that recipe and for this video. Blessings!

I just eat what ever my son and I like and we watch a show... so it is our us time... we do not like better foods and you have to do a lot of things like shopping and cooking etc where do I get the energy when that is already so low..could you please help
Thanks for reaching out! I totally understand it’s hard to make a change when you’re feeling low energy. 😣 I would recommend making small changes slowly, where you feel comfortable. So for example if you are ready to swap your usual breakfast for a healthier one there are a lot of easy options (like oatmeal) that will help keep you full till lunch and will hopefully give you some good energy to start the day. 😊 As you incorporate more and more healthy plant foods into your diet, you should start feeling better and have more energy to shop, cook, prep, etc. When you do find some recipes you like, try cooking larger batches so you don’t have to cook everyday, you can reheat and eat which will save a lot of time and energy too! Hope this helps! 🤗✨

Almighty God said
JESUS was on EARTH for thirty-three and a half years, He CAME to PERFORM the CRUCIFIXION, and THROUGH the crucifixion GOD OBTAINED a part of the glory. When GOD became MAN He could be humble and hidden, and could endure severe hardship. Even though He was God Himself, He still endured every shame, and every reproach, and He endured the great sorrow of being crucified to complete the work of redemption. 🙏
After this stage was finished, although people saw that God had achieved great glory, this was not the full extent of His glory; it is only a part of His glory, which He obtained from Jesus. During JESUS' WORK PHASE, He CREATED some incomprehensible things, but that WORK phase was NOT just to perform signs and wonders. That was to SHOW that JESUS could SUFFER, and be crucified for GOD, that JESUS was WILLING to SUFFER very painfully because He LOVED GOD, and ALTHOUGH God abandoned Him, He was still WILLING to sacrifice His life for in the WILL of GOD. 🙏
After God accomplished His work in Israel and Jesus was crucified, God was glorified, and God testified before Satan. You don't even know or see how God took human form in China, so how can you see that God is glorified? ☀️
WHEN GOD has done many WORKS of CONQUEST among you, and you have stood RIGHTEOUSLY, then this work of GOD is SUCCESSFUL, and it is PART of GOD'S GLORY. This is all you SEE, and GOD HAS TO MAKE YOU PERFECT first, you have to COMPLETELY GIVE YOUR HEART to GOD. 🙏

When the DAY COMES where PEOPLE are MADE PERFECT by GOD, and are able to SURRENDER BEFORE Him, and COMPLETELY OBEY GOD, and leave their hopes and destinies in GOD'S HANDS, THUS THE SECOND PART OF GOD'S GLORY IS FULLY EARNED. 🙏
Which means, when the work of PRACTICAL GOD is COMPLETELY COMPLETED, His WORK in CHINA CITY will COME TO END; in other WORDS, when GOD'S APPOINTED and CHOSEN are COMPLETELY PERFECT, GOD will be glorified.🙏
GOD said He BRINGED the SECOND PART of His GLORY to the EAST, yet it was invisible to the eye. GOD BRINGED HIS WORK TO THE EAST: He has COME to the EAST, and it is the GLORY of GOD. ☀️🙏
Now, even though His WORK is NEARLY COMPLETED, because God has decided that it will happen, it will be precisely accomplished. GOD HAS DECIDED THAT HE WILL COMPLETE THIS WORK IN CHINA, AND HE HAS DECIDED TO MAKE YOU PERFECT. 🙏☀️
