This video is perfect for Sunday morning as my routine 🤩 also just to say that REM is not a deep sleep. It js rapid eye movement that we enter after we fall asleep and we can be in it 30-45min. It is essential for our mind to rest . But deep sleep is deeper stare of mind and it is important for physical rest. I know this as Im hypnotherapist. Wish you Happy New year ❤

Loved your video! Such a good way to start a year. 😊 There's an important thing I think is worth correcting. REM and deep sleep are two completely different things. As you said we dream in REM sleep but deep sleep actually happens in stage 3 of NREM sleep. During REM sleep, brain activity picks up (which is reflected in vivid dreams) and is very similar to when you are awake. So it would be contradictory to have deep sleep when the brain is almost awake. :P Just wanted to mention that, considering at the time of writing this, nearly 300k watched your video, it's important not to disinform people. Otherwise, as always I really enjoyed your video. It makes me feel so good, calm and motivated at the same time ❤️

I went cold water swimming with my PT a few months ago in a Loch. Omg I felt like I had taken some kind of mood elevators! I was on such a high. Cold water definitely works.
I used cold showers everyday before and was great, my morning routine is taking my vitamins (like ag1 comes in mail I take it first thing when I wake up on empty stomach) 😘💚
My husband is Finnish- he got me into the sauna/cold shower thing. It really does make you feel euphoric and energized. If we were in Finland we'd just jump in the lake. Whoa it's hard to persuade oneself to take a cold shower, especially in winter. But you're right- it has an amazing effect! : )

I take melatonin. But my doctor said to get sunlight too, because that creates natural melatonin. And you need both. I've been trying to go to bed earlier, like 10 pm, I'm a night owl.
You might like Lumie SAD lamps so you get the upside of the sunshine but without any harmful rays. Also loads of lux in the winter months. I have had mine for over ten years and it rocks....
Gratitude is the number one thing 💯. Interesting to hear your feedback about the wealthy people you know and their levels of happiness. I can say the same, but always just attributed it to their personalities that drive them to always want/need more. A few years ago, research said that above $75k there is no increase in happiness levels, but this year economists claimed it’s probably closer to $500k, I’m guessing it’s due to the increasing levels of wealth that people are exposed to in the media and the continual increase in housing prices. I also think that people today are much more focused on income and acquiring wealth than they were 10 years ago.
I need to lose weight. I also need to exercise more. And check my cholesterol again. My dad just had a triple bypass. He's recovering.. He had cholesterol blockage.
