      Right!!! Ima be 46 in May & have herniated disc & foot problems but I keep doing Nicole’s workouts because they are gentle but challenging & I like her methods.

    Love your classes. Please add more 10 min stretch and 15-20 min Pilates and yoga flow videos. I don’t have enough time for the longer ones and don’t like to stop mid stream and not finish out the workout without a wind down and final zen moment. Thank you for your time and efforts. You are greatly appreciated.❤

    @movewithnicole I just completed the class and after following you for 3 years, I have to say this is the BEST format and style. Please, pretty please continue doing more dynamic Pilates. I loved the faster pace but still in your calm presence. My heart rate went up, good elongating moves and strength. I often have to go to other channels for that extra bit of sweat or heart rate challenge (but I still always prefer you… after all you are the best!) but todays class had it all! Thank you Nicole! Would you ever consider doing a two week challenge with this type of short and spicy workouts?! Much love from Canada!! 🇨🇦 ❤ I’m so so grateful for you.

    I had severe back pain for the last 5 years (giving birth in the wrong position for my body and epidural really hurt me). So I will see a Kine in a couple of days (again) but a friend of mine told me about your videos and in just 2 days it has released tension in my lower back and I’ve immediately felt less irritated 😢 it’s a huge step forward for me.     I've done this one three times. I'm no stranger to exercise; I can do push ups, handstand push ups, pull ups, even a muscle up now and again, and some crazy HIIT, but STILL--that little move with the triceps??? OW. And then it's the regular Nicole fair, where it's "Oh, good we're winding down that exercise. That wasn't ba--" *NICOLE: Now hold and do little pulses* "AAAAAGGGHHH F&*#*!!!" Fantastic workout, one of my faves. Thanks as always. :)

    Thank you, Nicole! This dynamic and short workout was what I really needed today! How can it be so peaceful and intense at the same time?! Usually I like upper body exercises but this triceps pushup exercise almost killed me, this position was tough for me! Love, love, love your classes!

    I've tried a number of different quick workouts on TH-cam. Something I can do before I have to get my daughter dressed for bed. Others videos I've tried are too chipper for the hour I do it in or they are not enough movement. You strike the perfect balance. Your voice, the settings are tranquil and sometimes deceptively calm for the challenge some of the exercises are. I love these short burst videos. Keep 'em coming. Where are you by the way? I'd love to visit. Not you, but the location.

    Writing this 4 mins after you posted it! Nicole, all your workouts are amazing. The structure is well planned, the videos are aesthetically pleasing and so beautiful.     I do this workout 5 am before work and before my 2.5 yers old wake ut to get ready for school. I love that you have different duration video, its what i need! Thank you!
