    I have been doing this 4-5 times a week for fifteen days and have seen a huge difference...i was quite upset about the upper back fat but super happy now...guys just do it whenever wherever possible..kitchen..washroom etc et ..its such a short n quick workout..with two kids i was never getting time for myself but now somehow i manage because i have found her channel on youtube...amazing..

      @@Disha.0_0 I was doing other exercises like aerobics and yoga so weight loss was majorly because of those. Since my fat is concentrated mainly in this area so I followed this workout for a few weeks and my upper back fat was almost gone

      @@LinaLina-nj7od you are surely gonna see the difference in your upper back area including shoulders...just be regular and follow her other workout plans along with...u can do two or three workouts of 7 to 8 mins each...choose them as per your need...i mean from where u wanna lose fat...and u will be happy to see the results...her exercises r quite interesting and keep you motivated...

    I have a arched back with a lot of back fat. I did this for one week regularly, sometimes twice a day, and then I went to meet my family.

      I bought a dress online and it fits perfectly but my back fat doesn’t help and the zip can’t go further. It’s been my day 2 , hopefully I can see a difference. I’ve got 2 more weeks

    Fun fact: Exercise no 1 and 2 are also for up-lifting breasts. You'll not only see differences in your arms and back but also there will be a noticable change in your breast shape and size too. Just continue doing these exercises and you'ld be very happy after seeing the results. Trust me.

      @@abigailchristopher5435 it won't increase your breast size. But your bra size, definitely. I know its confusing but these exercises work on lifting up the sagged tissues. Yes, your breasts will be more firm and perkier and there might be a change in your bra size too if you do these exercises regularly. They did help change bra size in my case. I am 2 sizes bigger now just because my old bras couldn't engulf all of the flesh inside them. They helped me get rid of my saggy breasts and that is why my breasts look more perkier and rounder than before.

    When I start this exercise my shoulder sixe is 17 and Now my shoulder size is 14 allhumdulilah..!

    Heyy guys, this definitely works! I have been doing it for only 2 weeks now and the hump around my neck has definitely straightened. Along with this I am also doing Pam Reifs Arms and Bottle Arms workout, along with Cloe tings 2 week abs. A big salute and thanks to these ambitious ladies, you gals have really changed my life.
    Also on break days I do around 20 Suryanamaskara.

      @@nitikagupta13 hey Nitika. I think it depends on the size of your hump. But this is definitely a step in that direction. Also it won't go away if you keep on hunching over books or mobile phones and then doing these exercises. Takes time maybe years.

      @@Invinciblediva27 Diet is very essential for the effectiveness of a workout. You don't have to do the traditional dieting (wherein you suddenly start eating salads every meal after binge eating yesterday because doing that will only make you crave and eat SOOO MUCH more), you can, like, just eat less food with (unhealthy) fats and sugar-- lesser and lesser each day (or week if you're like me who has trouble controlling herself from wanting to eat more 😂) until there would come a day wherein you can already go on with not much fat and NO sugar. Just go slow. But to answer your question, yes, healthy eating is essential and if you really want FAST results 😁

    Sorry I had lost my comment T-T but I did this for a whole month with few lazy days but I definitely see results.
    I'm doing one more workout simultaneously, so it worked faster for me.

    I've been a silent watcher since I started doing this exercise back in March. Now that I'm in October, I can say that this really works IF you're consistent doing it for at least 3-5 times a week. My upper back has never looked better, Even though it's still flabby, at least it looks toned and stronger! Whoever doing this exercise, keep going!

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

      The best thing I can tell you is to try to eat ONLY between 12 pm n 6pm. Cut all carbs and sugar. I went fro. 205 to 169 in 5 months, and now I just joined a gym this month to tone up. I too want to be around 135 to 145. Good luck

    i just started this today and i gotta say, i was smiling the whole entire time! while it wasn’t a hard workout, it certainly did burn once i got to the 3rd set but your positive comments helped me through it! seriously, i was grinning like a child. this was honestly really relaxing to me almost hahaha

    Started this 6 days ago not even a week and seen a huge change I seem slimmer at the top I use to have a improper fraction body but this has gave me better posture and a slimmer back /shoulders I’m veryyy impressed 🦦

    Guys this actually works.. I am doing it from past 2 weeks and I see noticable changes in my neck hump and back fat . I am doing 200 counts of each exercise i.e 50sets × 4 . Just be consistent and control a little on sugary foods .. you'll be a lot happier.♥️😀

    I have been doing these excercises for quite a while now and guess what i can really see the change by myself..it depends on a person to person if the excercises suit them or not..these excercises are very effective and i think anyone wondering if it will work or not just try it for a week you will definitely feel more comfortable,light and happy!..and the best thing about your videos are that you dont tell us to repeat the videos for another set..it really feels like we are doing the excercises together and it motivates me even more💕. Kudos to you girl!💕

    Long time I had the stubborn fat in my upper back and arms until this video… it’s not the stubborn fat, it’s wrong exercises 😅 I was going to gym every other day for 1,5 hours including treadmill and pushups but my arms and upper back still were not fit. But this simple 8 mins per day just changed everything! Thank you ❤❤❤

    For those people who have bad back pain like I do, these exercises surprisingly help! Even after just one or two times doing the whole sets. I'm not sure about everyone but even just giving it a try is definitely worth it

    This exercise is effective 4 times a week.. I can see the difference on may back and shoulders after 2 weeks. Make sure that you sweat. I do this together with arm exercise using dumbells

    I just want to say that you guys should be consistent and you'd definitely see those changes. I've been doing these for about a month now and I noticed significant change! My collarbones are also more visible. So try your best and you won't regret it

    i cannot believe this, i’m incredibly happy and i can’t tell if my mind’s playing tricks on me but after 1-2 weeks of doing this i can see results 😳🧿 gonna keep doing this until i reach my desired look or until i don’t have any unflattering back fat !!
    also for anyone wondering, i have a slower metabolism and losing weight/fat has always been a struggle for me. while i was working out i also didn’t change too much in my diet, i just started incorporating more veggies and trying to slowly cut out/reduce my sugar intake. i do intermittent fasting as well, and i did this workout once a day.

      @@shaniyaleanne1710 yess ! that’s one of the biggest areas i noticed a change in. also i know this won’t do anything, but it’s nothing to be ashamed or insecure of. i’m sure almost every girl has that issue, and not everyone will notice it. but if you’re trying to get rid of it like me, i really do recommend this. try it out for at least a month and i’m sure you’ll see a bit of change !

    Starting this workout tomorrow. I’m doing Taras body’s intense dance workout and Pamela Reif’s abs plus 20 minutes brisk walk for these days.
    Day 7:💃🏾. The dark stretch marks on my underarms have lightened and the exercise is getting easier. My neck hump has reduced and I feel my neck is stronger.
    Day 8: 💃🏾My arms feel stronger after a week. Week 2 here we come.
    Day 9: 💃🏾 Late update. Less motivation today. I did switch sides during the workout just to make things a bit interesting.
    Day 10: 💃🏾To be honest I have never seen my back look this good. I can see some of my back bones. I didn’t think that would happen. Also my black stretch marks on the arms have become really light.
    Day 11:💃🏾 Done.
    Day 12:💃🏾 My armpits are a bit sore but I managed to finish.

    I will be updating you guys on how it goes. Wish me luck.
    NB: This is normally my last exercise after cardio and abs.

      Hmm ... depends ... some people might get a little bulky with weights on upper body ... I think she’s doing it without equipment for a reason , with dumbbells you’d get muscles that pop out more whereas without them you’d slim that area down . Don’t thank me , thank metaphysics .. this mainly would apply to an endomorph or a mesomorph... and I still Gave your comment a like because hey , I’m no asshole 👍

    So I started doing this exercise and decided to keep you guys updated.
    Started: 5th april'2020
    DAY 1- ✔ I did the exercise and it didn't hurt my body at all. Didn't notice any change yet.
    DAY 2 - ✔ I got so tired after doing it lol I'm sweating but it was kinda fun.
    DAY 3 - ✔ Completed the exercise and I could see slight difference on my back :D
    DAY 4 - ❌ I couldn't complete the the exercise. However, I was able to do it one time only.
    DAY 5 - ✔ Completed the the exercise (3 times) and I can feel difference on my back.
    DAY 6 - ❌
    DAY 7 - ❌
    DAY 8 - ✔ I Could see much more difference on my back.
    Guys trust me, this exercise works. I've decided to continue to do it till I'm satisfied with the result. You all should definitely give it a try! All the best❤

    So sore after the first day but went back to it again. I definitely feel tighter in my upper back and seeing some more definition in the shoulders! Thank you. I will keep at it!

    I do this once a week and I noticed a difference very quickly. Have been doing this once a week for over 6 months now

    I’ve been doing these for like 5 days and today when I dressed in tight clothes my back looks so much more better. 😍 My upper back is less bulge and more straight.

      So ur body look perfect in body fitted clothing??does the exercise made ur shoulders smaller??

      Radica Ramnarain my body doesn’t look perfect at all I’m still working on myself but yes my shoulders did seem to get smaller
