Hello.. u r such a motivation. I need your help.i used to workout everyday before my marriage. However, 2018 I got married.i have a son who is 20 months old. I recently discovered that I m suffering from periformis syndrome which is a kind of sciatica nerve.but now I have less pain. N I also see that I still have a little bit of a Diastasis recti. I want to know if I could now start working out. I meant the normal workout. I weighed 67 kilo. But now I m 78kg.i want to loose weight. I have no other lady in the house and I m giving all my time to my child. Also I avoid sugar n prefer jaggery. whatever time I get I try to workout, but can I do normal exercise now as I m still feeding my child atleast four times a day. Can u please help me n advice. I badly want to loose weight n get out of my mommy tummy. Please help me with the exercises that I could do. Thank you.
Ok I absolutely love this channel and your energy!❤ But...is there any way someone can break down and explain exactly how these 3 moves target love handles, back fat, etc..? The only muscles I felt moving throughout this entire video were my arms, shoulders & UPPER back. This looks more like an upper body workout for those upper back muscles and shoulders and what not...bc I didn't feel a thing in my lower abs or lower back muscles. There was no contraction, so I couldn't feel any activation down there whatsoever...am I doing them wrong??🤷🏼♀️
She maintains her core form very well … if we do that …. any exercise will be an abs workout including walking or standing. That being said I really don’t know if this exercise will burn away love handle and lower back .. have to try and see

30 mins and 500 abs , 4 awesome excercises, plank challenge .. combination of 2 , sometimes 3

By doing some of susanas cardio abs , and HIIT, I reduced my shoulder size from 15.5 to 14 ...it took 8 months though
