Doing this workout Monday-Thursday for the rest do the summer! (I do this workout with my booty workouts on Monday and Wednesday. Then a Toned-Arm workout with my waist workout on Tuesday and Thursday!)
Day 1: ✅ Didn’t feel anything tbh maybe a tiny burn but nothing much
Day 2: ✅ Definitely sore under the armpit from yesterday

guess it rlly works!!! I have already started seeing my arms are getting toned and slimmer and also my armpit fat is less visible after just 2 days doing this workout morning and before bed!!

Probably more your body is circulating and draining lymph nodes better. So you have less water retention and puffiness. You’ll start seeing actual weight or body mass changes in more like 2-3wks.

I just finished day 7. The one thing I noticed so far was my balance improved 😅 I try to also include core and squats for certain sets, while still squeezing my back fat for the exercises 😅 most likely I may have to go beyond 2 weeks, and add weights for more of a challenge once my body gets used to the routine.
I'll update after another week goes by 😊 and for a better knowing, I have about 1.5" of back fat if I pinch it, or 3" of it measured from thumb to index 😅 and 30" all around (if that makes sense).

Cannot spot reduce fat. Can work out groups of muscles and with diet can lower the body fat and make those muscles more visible.

If you can manage it, try adding some light weights.. amazing. Be careful of injuries though, follow your own fitness level and ofc lovely fitness guru Miza. This is just what I do for my own individual programme😊

It is my 2nd day at this burning workout. I believe this would be great exercise for my old cervical injury (upper back, shoulder and neck muscles).
Day 1: ✅ along with a 3.5 km run and speedwalk
Day 2: Played with a toddler for 15 minutes (yes, that workout applied when you're lifting and throwing up in the air). Did some weeding and raking in my garden. All upper torso workouts 😂
