    In European restaurants there are sommeliers/ sommelières, who are advisors as well as waiters when it comes to wine.
    But when it comes to Sake - how are these persons called?

      I believe the technical Japanese term is Saketume.

      "Sakasho" which translates to "Master of Sake". Borrowing the loan word from French, there are also "Sake Sommeliers".

    We had received a terrible service in this restaurant on 30th March 2023. As travelers from Hong Kong, my husband and I made a reservation via Tablelog website for two Omakase Nigiri courses (yen 12,000 per person), which we had ordered two weeks before our arrival in Japan. We arrived at the restaurant on time at 1pm, we were greeted by a staff who was impolite and unwelcoming. This set the tone for the rest of our meal. Despite the high cost of our meal, we found the food to be poorly prepared and lacking in flavor. Additionally, the staff rushed us through our meal, the lunch began at 1.15pm, he dropping the ice cream desserts on our table at 1.40pm and presenting us with a handwritten bill at 1.50pm. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable.
    Furthermore, we were asked to leave the restaurant promptly at 2pm, despite the fact that we had not finished our food. The staff threatened to call the police when we refused to leave. We were shocked and felt discriminated against as foreigners. The police finally arrived at 2.45pm and they were very helpful in resolving the situation even they can’t speak very good English. While the restaurant manager later apologized, but the staff did not.
    As customers, we were extremely disappointed with the overall service and quality of our experience at this restaurant. We had expected to receive exceptional service and attention detail, but instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and discrimination. The final bill cost yen 29,000. However, we did not receive the level of service and attention that we deserved for such a high price.
    There was no jokes - This place is horrible, I would give it a zero if I could. Come here if you want attitude.
