12:46 what is fair daily wage or daily rate for self employed electrycian, plumber, carpenter in London wgho you would subcontract on this type of job?
Really good idea but reason we didnt do that is for the floor height we are going for. Also we removed around 20ish tonnes of soil so land height would have risen alotttttt, we did think about raising garden but want a flush flat garden as you walk out of the bifold doors
@@havesomevision make sense, I’d still make sure there’s a minimum of 1:60 fall to the rear of the garden to make sure water runs away from the house/extension

You should use some of the soil to raise the level of the garden rather the lower it. You may not need to skips then.
