I agree with the tag line 90 90’s changed everything for me I don’t have great hip mobility so I do them every other day! Love the series keep it coming
I’ve been doing this stretch for almost 5 years everytime I do legs and I learned it from mind pump way back then. I’ve had 0 issues with knees, ankles, or hips. Truly a game changer
90/90's are a game changer. Always work to improve spine position over your pelvis. This will make your hip work harder so in time that joint space can open more. It will take time. thanks for that shout out Adam.
Another reason I love watching this is to see the techniques that Adam is showing. For example, I saw a slight step laterally while performing the walking lunges. I'll be implementing this today. Doing MAPS 15 advanced and I'm actually doing walking lunges today. I've also been doing the hip 90/90s since watching this series
I love Sal's laugh!😂 ...I have recently started squatting again with the barbell. Is it ok if I do a light weight with rep range of 10 to 12? I do a day with heavy only doing rep range of 4 to 5
I do the 90/90 and the other day I lift my legs and I was able to do it on both sides and decently high. 😊. When I do them, my right side is usually the tightest
Yummy breakfast! 😋 So you can eat that much right before a workout?! That’s a game changer for me as I’ve been waiting an hour or more to lift after eating. Now I’m gonna start earlier and see how I feel 😅 that’ll help my daily schedule. Love your talking about real life and weekends off. That’s most of us
Am I noticing right with the heavier weight on the squat that you take a breath at the top and hold on the way down? Is there an advantage in that particular instance and modality to be able to push heavier ? Curious
3 days of bad sleep, not hitting protein with alcohol. Adam you 4 got to mention the weedy again 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Also you mention that your water bottle is empty because jerry is working out. Do you have to share or something 😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@MindPumpAdam ur training vids give me inspiration to keep on keepin on with my protein intake and my training, that way WE stay growin as much as possible brother. 💪🏻😎

They've talked about rotating rep ranges every 4-6 weeks, when the body starts to adapt to a specific rep range.
Thank you @@jshaffer_wa

Oh yeah duh I shoulda known 😂
It's fine as long as you don't get sick, you can experiment and see how it goes. Same with the advice not to eat before you swim
8:44.. dude yelling on the phone outside
Is this still the Maps15 program? When will you be starting the upper/lower split?

Ok, after so many videos, can I finally learn who's bike is that in your gym and why is it inside?
If you listen closely in one of the first episodes you notice Jerrie say "Doug your helmet" it's Dougs bike. He commutes on it almost daily!
@@MindPumpTV Nice. Hope he rides safely
🔥🔥🙌🏼
Can you give us your supplement stack for working out . I’m new and I want to take the best that will help me build as much muscle as possible

So there’s no re racking of the weights at the MP gym 😂noted
Ngl it’s rough hearing Adam refer to himself as “we” 😂
Because it’s a team of people that make this all happen for free for you all for
Free . Not just me .
