I totally understand I'm 47 now when I was 43 I had a triple bypass so I couldn't lift for over 6 weeks I was starting to get depressed then finally I was able to do really light weight 4 months after my surgery I was lifting the same amount as I was before the surgery the main thing I learned was patience and to ease into it years later I'm still going strong thanks for everything you guys do I love the podcast 💪
It sounds really rough to be going through these setbacks. It seems your drive was/is greater than your capacity at times. I appreciate you continuing to show your journey and am excited to see what your results are.
Some of the crew had business calls going on in the office, so they didnt play music til later on the workout. "Angry White Guy" music was still represented lol
Key at Adam, been following you here and on the podcast. Good to see how you overcome the challenges that we face. How many calories are you at for the current cut? I am 58 and working on getting leaner whilst on MAPS Performance, keep the videos coming!
Serious question if you have a tear in your hamstring would it not make more sense to do a chest supported reverse fly rather than hinging at the hips doing it? BW training is the way forward for less injuries 😅
In Canada so our thanksgiving is in October but xmas decos including tree done this past weekend. Question, are you doing anything special for ab work ?
The rear delt cable flys are creating imbalances in the shoulders and scapula which leads to pec & shoulders injury - guaranteed. In general uni later movements are not great as mass builders. Rope press down is another crap exercise if not used as finisher only.

Adam, why do you know what kind of bedsheets your best friend’s mom had? Hmmm 😂

Why is there no music? Hang in there, Adam. You're helping a lot of people with these videos, including me. This video keeps me motivated.

The sad reality of anabolic usage in later life 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Adam will only be training neck by Christmas day🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Feeling your frustration. I’m nursing a badly torn hammy too. Good news is leg days are shorter. 😀

Side effects of years of use of anabolic steroids, GLP-1 agonists, peptides and other illegal or untested substances?

Sorry to hear this Adam. Are you blasting hella gear ? Maybe GLP1's reduce tendon strength ?
What will you do for Thanksgiving, food wise?
Could a side effect of GLPs be ‘weaker’ muscle fibers? It’s one thing to have a ‘pull’ another to be bruised.
GLPs are for diabetes and morbidly obese people. The risk profile doesn’t make sense for someone like him to cut a little weight
