Sir, though you said will tell about Apartments, but you saved your skin from detailing about Apartment, still your video title is saying about Apartment. This gimmick is not desired .

Unfortunately to my knowledge there is no legal binding to make conveyance deed. There is should be punishment as crime for this. Builder & developer should be legally bound with heavy punishment, with imprisonment, hefty fines, before approval, sanctioning project.
