Hamare building main attach Bungalow he. sab documents OC CC building plan sab sath mein hai. SAB DOCUMENTS MEIN building number 2 Bungalow number3 hai kya separate building ka bungalow chhodkar conveyance kar sakte hain kya procedure hai please advise

Our building is located at Badlapur. Building completed during 1995. Architect has applied for OC. But KBMC has not provided OC or not given any reason. Mean time house tax was given by KBMC to individual flat owners. Many times our society officials tried to get CC and OC to get Conveyance deed. Till now conveyance not received. Now some builder came for redevelopment and he claims that he can get CC. Someone from KBMC told our society member that not issuing of CC is stopped. Is it true? In this situation how to get CC and conveyance deed? Please help and guide. Thanks.
