The aluminium-body X150 shape Jaguar XKR is a massively popular car on the used market - and for good reason. Few other vehicles offer such a good all round GT car package for their prices. So enjoy your reviews on the Jags & others, I'm weighting a lot on Your Reviews as I want to make a sound Decision on what car I end up Buying. Sounds like this is the Sweet Spot in the XKR's, looking for one in South Florida, many here but not so much 4.2 R, Coupes.

I had a 3.0ltr V6 petrol XF normally aspirated and the tax on that was £530 per year. It had a meagre 238bhp and roughly the same torque. It was an 08 car so I feel your pain.

Current UK road tax for my 57 plate XKR is £695 per year. That went up £65 a year from April. Strangely it almost halves in 1 or 2 yrs.

My x150, I also have a stainless exhaust from the center back. It sounds awsome from both I side and out. I love the auto rev matching sound that the system amplifiys.
