I couldn't agree more. I feel exactly the same. It seems like yesterday she dumped me, yet, it feels like an eternity. Some moments I'm doing great, others not so much. The funny thing is, I have way more to offer her than she has for me, but I fell in love with her heart, which doesn't seem to beautiful now.

Three months after my breakup my Ex came back after I went into no contact. And started dating again. I met a nice man and I liked him a lot. When my Ex called me I was polite but, I told him the truth. After that he came on real strong. He asked me to meet him for coffee.. I met my Ex and he looked like hell. He told me he wanted another chance. I told my Ex I was open to that but, I wanted to move slowly. He agreed and we are now taking our time enjoying each others company. I remember going back and reading it while listening to his video. Almost exactly word for word! However, her message came before I listened to Coach Lee's video, and I did not react how he suggested. I wish I had come across Coach Lee a little earlier than I did. My ex has now gone back to the man who physically, emotionally and mentally abused her. A man who she told me was a narcissist, a compulsive liar, a textbook sociopath, "the worst person she has ever known" and someone who she feared "was capable of murder" (her words). And she lives across the street from me.
Don’t loose hope. After three weeks of no contact I broke it & wished him happy birthday he responded and we met for coffee that day. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and watched tons of your videos which kept me going. We’ve learnt a lot whilst we’ve been apart and we need to communicate better and stop taking each other for granted. Hey coach, after 10 months being separated from my wife we’ve finally started reconciling. I’m so thankful for your emergency break up kit. She’s saying she loves me, hugs me & kisses me and we’re talking about eventually getting a place together. I did a lot of self reflecting, I got a amazing new job, changed up my look (cut my hair, new tats & confidence) & I’ve come to peace living on my own. That clearly crumbled on its own. I did all the wrong things coach Lee states at the beginning 🤯😨 I was surprised how accurate Coach is. When we started reconnecting fully my wife sent me this message “Believe me when I say it’s been horrible being away from you. Coach Lee is right 100% . I lost my ex after breaking up due to poor Managment from me after my breakup. I didn’t give her the breakup I was begging and bleeding and this got her away of me miles. I’m hitting the 5th month mark of NC and imma be honest that’s there’s still rough days where I’m questioning what I did wrong. It was a short dating window but it hurt more than any other relationship I had. I think it was the fact that I’m in my 30s and that things were great until the last 2 weeks where it just fell apart really out of no where. The part that hurt the most was when he said we can be friends even when we had a whole discussion about how we were not looking for friends and how we found it irritating when people want to friend zone you. Oh well, not my first rodeo and life really does go on.

Dumped after short relationship, did no contact for about a month, decided to reach out for advice. Arranged a phone call and it went pretty well, she reached out a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on after her advice. She has also started liking my social media posts from my recent trip away and we have texted a little! I got dumped less than two weeks ago, we had just gotten back from a weekend beach vacation. I thought everything went great, awesome trip and we both had a lot of fun. Then I get the “I don’t have the same feelings anymore”. I was in shock, I thought I was so caring and considerate to her wants and needs so it hurt. @@CryThunderdarealone I absolutely forgot I commented on this video. The short of it, she came back. Coach Lee is absolutely correct, and no matter how counter intuitive it seems, no contact is the answer. The more difficult thing is, you may not have loved that person the way you thought you did, and certainly having the relationship snatched away is where most of the pain and desperation comes from. I couldn’t trust her the way I did, I didn’t love her the same. I always found myself second guessing her intentions and how long it would last. It ended once again, about 3 months ago, but this time, I didn’t want her back. I even went so far as to block her. At the end of the day, I was worse off with her than by myself, and I needed to heal from not only trauma of the relationship but things that would hinder my future relationships. No matter how much you love someone Danny, you’ve got to put yourself first, because no one else will. You will heal, don’t get me wrong, it’s hard, today may not have been great but tomorrow will be better. If it was meant to last, it wouldn’t have fallen apart so easily.

33 years and I had no idea what he was wanting. Tells me he isn’t in love me anymore. Divorced and now he moved in with another woman. I didn’t want the divorce and his pride wouldn’t let him stop the divorce. Now I miss him more and more every day and he is no contact. Ex broke up with me with a tekst message after 3,5 year relationship. Did not see that coming. Refused to talk to me about it. I went no contact after that right away. This is a message to you guys who suffer from break up. My story : I also break up with a woman .i followed the no contact rule as coach lee said . At first she texted me after 2 weeks ,i knew it was kinda early but i couldn't resist and answered nicely , next day she became cold again . So,i need a new no contact rule ..she texted me after 1 month ...and i answered cold (like be busy and no have time )...after that she checking me often ...i dont know where this is going ..but i feel she has regret it. The conclusion is that no contact works .
It's supposed to be our 3rd anniversary in 3 days. After almost 3 months of our breakup, I'm deciding to just fully let him go & let go of the hope we'll get back together. Something in me says it's never going to happen. It's just painful trying to cling on to that tiny flicker of hope so I choose to just move on. On our supposed anniv, I'll write a "closure letter" and burn it along with the everlasting rose he gave me. Well, I went 30 days NC. I reached out to my ex just to start a casual conversation. It seemed to have been going decently, so I asked my ex for coffee or a drink. She said "I'm no longer interested in a relationship between us. I sent a few long texts to her after that talking about what happened. I wasn't overly emotional and not begging; I was just being honest, trying to get her to understand a few things from my view. She's incredibly stubborn. She broke up with me because I wrote a journal entry in my phone about an ex and she read it. I was trying to vent out, process, and get rid of some emotions that I felt. I think that she'll never forgive me. She never would let things go if they got into her head. I made a mistake, and I felt destroyed for hurting her. I think she was the love of my life. Please give me prayers for use to be together. I think God is the only one who can fox this now.

My ex broke up with me about a month ago after a 14 month relationship. When it first happened (by text) I asked her a bunch of questions by text. I told her I wanted her back but never begged for her back. We had a brief phone call where we both cried. A week and a half later I broke no contact because I saw that she had unfriended me from all social media and it panicked me (this was all before I had seen any of your videos). I asked to meet her in person because she said she hadn't planned on breaking up by text and wanted to talk in person. She agreed. We met up and she said that she wanted to be friends but I said I didn't want that. She was crying while asking to be friends. She gave me some reasons why she wanted to break up which didn't make sense to me and after watching these videos I understand why they didn't make sense. I asked clarifying questions, but ultimately I said that I understood her and that she knew my position. She hugged me all the while crying and telling me that she had been in love with me. I walked away without looking back. It's been a week and a half of no contact. I'm hopeful, but I'm wondering if I messed up by contacting her for several days afterwards and asking her all those questions a week and a half later in person. We both cried during the initial phone call and I cried during the in person visit, but nothing overboard. A little sarcasm on my part but no anger or name-calling. I guess time will tell and either way I'm going to work on myself.

I screwed up, I bombarded her. I didn't give her time to miss me or think of the good times, we have kids, its much harder, but the resentment took over. She had a rebound, the broke up but instead of contacting me, she went back to him. I'm kicking myself, I should have played the long game, I should have kept my emotions to myself. It's been 7 months and 3 days. He had a new girlfriend the weekend after I moved out and moved her in a couple of months later. There truly is no hope. I lied to him and he got tired of it. We were 3 weeks away from 4 years together. I lied about smoking. He refused to date a smoker and is totally unattracted to smokers. As much as your videos mean to me and make things make more sense it doesn't matter. There is no hope for me to get him back. I live right across the street from them and it's been really hard to see him move on so quickly. We haven't talked to him in a couple of weeks and he's perfectly fine without me. I love him enough still to be happy for him even if it isn't with me.

@@ohsusanna1982 I'm feeling better. I still keep wishing me and my ex get back. Theres not one day that goes by that i miss him. But the more time goes by I feel like I still miss him. I do go through phases.. but I get over them quicker. I've worked on myself which helps out alot. I've lost 60 lbs and started my own business which is going great. We have to keep in contact because we have a child together but still no hope of getting back. 😕

Sooo no contact worked to make my ex think I had moved on. But instead of being upset, he decided that now we were cool and in a good place so that he could invite me back over and then introduce me to his new girlfriend Soooo it didn’t really “work” other than to just make him think I was over him and that there wouldn’t be drama if we were friends and he flaunted his new relationship.

Ex wife and I have been divorced for 20 years. We spent almost every day together from March-June and then it stopped, I was very upfront about what I wanted, her. She said she wanted to go slow because she “wasn’t there yet”. Anyhow she broke it off end of July saying she just wanted to be friends. I declined and told her I wasn’t interested in being just friends and to let me know if she changes her mind. That was 7/27, it’s 11/11…only contact was when she called me, I missed the call. She called my son and asked if I’d bring her daughter to cheer. I did, but really no conversation other than thank you. Not sure what to do…

The answer to me is yes, yes it is. Will update if I’m ever wrong. UPDATE: 3 years together. It’s been 9+ months of complete NC. Still blocked across the board. And no, I didn’t do anything remotely serious enough to warrant a complete block. I haven’t spoken to/seen her since the day of the break up. But yeah, it’s definitely hopeless in my case. I tell you what and I hope this gives motivation, I made mistakes and I had suspicions my ex cheating whilst we were going out, I said this to some friends and it eventually got back to her. We went out for a year and 6 months. She unfollowed me on instagram and blocked me on Snapchat, I genuinely think I’ve won because now I have all the time I’m the world to fully focus on me. She’s with one of her exes now and I hope she’s happy, no point in being sour because this time next year I can guarantee things will be slightly different. Hello Lee...A lot of people say things in anger, but when they cool down, it's a whole new Ball Game. We've been apart now for over 10 years, and TIME was the main factor. After a 5 year engagement, he refused to marry me, so I left him. He rebounded 2 weeks later ,& married her. I LEFT HIM, AND IT TORE NE UP. He rebounded and married her 2 weeks later. CRAZY! I went through no contact one time with my ex. I had a meet-up and I still could not get the second chance eat prove I can do better. She left me because she perceived me to have a drinking problem. It's frustrating to not make any progress, but i honestly love her, and I'm willing to give no contact a second shot to prove that. I couldn't agree more. I feel exactly the same. It seems like yesterday she dumped me, yet, it feels like an eternity. Some moments I'm doing great, others not so much. The funny thing is, I have way more to offer her than she has for me, but I fell in love with her heart, which doesn't seem to beautiful now.

@@m1ll1on4r3 This was a year ago, so I don't remember everything exactly. But I do remember her sending me a message that read almost word for word how Coach Lee said she would. I remember going back and reading it while listening to his video. Almost exactly word for word! However, her message came before I listened to Coach Lee's video, and I did not react how he suggested. I wish I had come across Coach Lee a little earlier than I did. My ex has now gone back to the man who physically, emotionally and mentally abused her. A man who she told me was a narcissist, a compulsive liar, a textbook sociopath, "the worst person she has ever known" and someone who she feared "was capable of murder" (her words). And she lives across the street from me.
Don’t loose hope. After three weeks of no contact I broke it & wished him happy birthday he responded and we met for coffee that day. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and watched tons of your videos which kept me going. We’ve learnt a lot whilst we’ve been apart and we need to communicate better and stop taking each other for granted. I’m hitting the 5th month mark of NC and imma be honest that’s there’s still rough days where I’m questioning what I did wrong. It was a short dating window but it hurt more than any other relationship I had. I think it was the fact that I’m in my 30s and that things were great until the last 2 weeks where it just fell apart really out of no where. The part that hurt the most was when he said we can be friends even when we had a whole discussion about how we were not looking for friends and how we found it irritating when people want to friend zone you. Oh well, not my first rodeo and life really does go on.

Dumped after short relationship, did no contact for about a month, decided to reach out for advice. I got dumped less than two weeks ago, we had just gotten back from a weekend beach vacation. I thought everything went great, awesome trip and we both had a lot of fun. Then I get the “I don’t have the same feelings anymore”. I was in shock, I thought I was so caring and considerate to her wants and needs so it hurt. @@CryThunderdarealone I absolutely forgot I commented on this video. The short of it, she came back. Coach Lee is absolutely correct, and no matter how counter intuitive it seems, no contact is the answer. The more difficult thing is, you may not have loved that person the way you thought you did, and certainly having the relationship snatched away is where most of the pain and desperation comes from. I couldn’t trust her the way I did, I didn’t love her the same. I always found myself second guessing her intentions and how long it would last. It ended once again, about 3 months ago, but this time, I didn’t want her back. I even went so far as to block her. At the end of the day, I was worse off with her than by myself, and I needed to heal from not only trauma of the relationship but things that would hinder my future relationships. No matter how much you love someone Danny, you’ve got to put yourself first, because no one else will. You will heal, don’t get me wrong, it’s hard, today may not have been great but tomorrow will be better. If it was meant to last, it wouldn’t have fallen apart so easily.

Been in no contact for five monthes where the relationship lasted for four months. I swallowed the hard pill. He is never going to be come back but practicing no contact gave me a different sort of self esteem which I didnt have previously. If no contact doesn't work on your ex then it will do magic on you.

Ex broke up with me with a tekst message after 3,5 year relationship. Did not see that coming. Refused to talk to me about it. I went no contact after that right away.
First week I couldn’t eat or go to work. Second week I cried myself to sleep every night. Third week I stopped checking his social media. Now my fourth week and today he send me an e-mail with a long story full regret that hè misses me etc etc. My reply was short. Thanking him for the mail and that I miss him too. So,i need a new no contact rule ..she texted me after 1 month ...and i answered cold (like be busy and no have time )...after that she checking me often ...i dont know where this is going ..but i feel she has regret it. The conclusion is that no contact works .

It's supposed to be our 3rd anniversary in 3 days. After almost 3 months of our breakup, I'm deciding to just fully let him go & let go of the hope we'll get back together. Well, I went 30 days NC. I reached out to my ex just to start a casual conversation. It seemed to have been going decently, so I asked my ex for coffee or a drink. She said "I'm no longer interested in a relationship between us. I sent a few long texts to her after that talking about what happened. I wasn't overly emotional and not begging; I was just being honest, trying to get her to understand a few things from my view.
She's incredibly stubborn. She broke up with me because I wrote a journal entry in my phone about an ex and she read it. I was trying to vent out, process, and get rid of some emotions that I felt. I think that she'll never forgive me. She never would let things go if they got into her head. I made a mistake, and I felt destroyed for hurting her. I think she was the love of my life.

My ex broke up with me about a month ago after a 14 month relationship. When it first happened (by text) I asked her a bunch of questions by text. I told her I wanted her back but never begged for her back. We had a brief phone call where we both cried. A week and a half later I broke no contact because I saw that she had unfriended me from all social media and it panicked me (this was all before I had seen any of your videos). I asked to meet her in person because she said she hadn't planned on breaking up by text and wanted to talk in person. She agreed. We met up and she said that she wanted to be friends but I said I didn't want that. She was crying while asking to be friends. She gave me some reasons why she wanted to break up which didn't make sense to me and after watching these videos I understand why they didn't make sense. I asked clarifying questions, but ultimately I said that I understood her and that she knew my position. She hugged me all the while crying and telling me that she had been in love with me. I walked away without looking back. It's been a week and a half of no contact. I'm hopeful, but I'm wondering if I messed up by contacting her for several days afterwards and asking her all those questions a week and a half later in person. We both cried during the initial phone call and I cried during the in person visit, but nothing overboard. A little sarcasm on my part but no anger or name-calling. I guess time will tell and either way I'm going to work on myself.

I screwed up, I bombarded her. I didn't give her time to miss me or think of the good times, we have kids, its much harder, but the resentment took over. She had a rebound, the broke up but instead of contacting me, she went back to him. I'm kicking myself, I should have played the long game, I should have kept my emotions to myself. If your reading this, leave them alone!! Give them as much time as they need, don't rush, play the long game! I think I had a chance, but I screwed it up!

It's been 7 months and 3 days. He had a new girlfriend the weekend after I moved out and moved her in a couple of months later. There truly is no hope. I lied to him and he got tired of it. We were 3 weeks away from 4 years together. I lied about smoking. He refused to date a smoker and is totally unattracted to smokers. As much as your videos mean to me and make things make more sense it doesn't matter. There is no hope for me to get him back. I live right across the street from them and it's been really hard to see him move on so quickly. We haven't talked to him in a couple of weeks and he's perfectly fine without me. @@ohsusanna1982 I'm feeling better. I still keep wishing me and my ex get back. Theres not one day that goes by that i miss him. But the more time goes by I feel like I still miss him. I do go through phases.. but I get over them quicker. I've worked on myself which helps out alot. I've lost 60 lbs and started my own business which is going great. We have to keep in contact because we have a child together but still no hope of getting back. 😕

Hi Coach after all the drama , heart break and the fall out. The betrayal of a best friend and his wife and my church paster. And after listening to the anxiety music you have posted. I've decided I'm not going to wait for her I'm going to live on persue my passions. I'm going to come through this stronger, healthier and more grounded. A better person for it. I loved her dearly but the way things went down. I'm not sure if a reconciliation is possible. Enya helped me.
Ex wife and I have been divorced for 20 years. We spent almost every day together from March-June and then it stopped, I was very upfront about what I wanted, her. She said she wanted to go slow because she “wasn’t there yet”. Anyhow she broke it off end of July saying she just wanted to be friends. I declined and told her I wasn’t interested in being just friends and to let me know if she changes her mind. That was 7/27, it’s 11/11…only contact was when she called me, I missed the call. She called my son and asked if I’d bring her daughter to cheer. I did, but really no conversation other than thank you. Not sure what to do…

UPDATE: 3 years together. It’s been 9+ months of complete NC. Still blocked across the board. And no, I didn’t do anything remotely serious enough to warrant a complete block. I haven’t spoken to/seen her since the day of the break up. But yeah, it’s definitely hopeless in my case. Hope the rest of you have better luck.

Hang in there man. This might help.......when i decided I had no choice but to go NC and stay there, then every moment I am walking somewhere I visualize her standing behind me, getting smaller and smaller as I keep walking farther away.

I tell you what and I hope this gives motivation, I made mistakes and I had suspicions my ex cheating whilst we were going out, I said this to some friends and it eventually got back to her. We went out for a year and 6 months. She unfollowed me on instagram and blocked me on Snapchat, I genuinely think I’ve won because now I have all the time I’m the world to fully focus on me. She’s with one of her exes now and I hope she’s happy, no point in being sour because this time next year I can guarantee things will be slightly different. If she ever came back then I might think about it but as time goes on I start to feel like the person I was. I have faith because if she doesn’t come back I still have myself😁

Hello Lee...A lot of people say things in anger, but when they cool down, it's a whole new Ball Game. We've been apart now for over 10 years, and TIME was the main factor. After a 5 year engagement, he refused to marry me, so I left him. He rebounded 2 weeks later ,& married her. I LEFT HIM, AND IT TORE NE UP. He rebounded and married her 2 weeks later. CRAZY! It took a while to get over it, but I'm doing fine now. I believe he is a narcissist. All in all, I wish you all the best. I'm doing fine, since it's been 10.5 yrs. Best of luck to all of you.

I went through no contact one time with my ex. I had a meet-up and I still could not get the second chance eat prove I can do better. She left me because she perceived me to have a drinking problem. It's frustrating to not make any progress, but i honestly love her, and I'm willing to give no contact a second shot to prove that.
