It really does work guys! She broke up end of Sept/beginning of Oct out of nowhere, completely blindsided by it. I religiously begged and pleaded for over a month and I completely pushed her away to the point of being blocked on EVERYTHING! I went no contact and completely rediscovered myself emotionally, mentally and spiritually! I got a great new job, have a HUGE career defining moment in the making and became a completely new person. A little over 3 weeks on no contact, she adds me on snapchat and messages me and tells me she loves me and acknowledged that she hurt me with a sincere apology and told me were a great match! Now we're not jumping right into a relationship cause a lot has changed but we are gonna take baby steps and do it the right way! All of this when I thought I screwed it all up! There is hope guys!!

If you don’t mind me asking, why did she break up with you? I’m in a similar circumstance where I thought it was “out of nowhere” but it really wasnt. One day she just questioned my love for her because of how much we fight and upset and angry I get at her. She's the devil!! Evil girls have the prettiest faces. She originally left me cause I was too emotionally intense and I lost my job. When we reconnected everything was fine up until 2 days ago when I found out she was giving me false hope and playing mind games with me the entire time. She was saying all these things to make me believe she wanted to. "Try again" but in reality she never did. I had to find out from a mutual friend that she only wanted to be friends the entire time. at first I kept trying to talk to her.... then I backed off and it was helping the situation. the problem was is that I gave in to her calling me and texting me and let things like her telling me she had a broken heart, worrying about me, telling me she wasnt going to be with anyone for a long time, and stuff like that push me to try and get back with her when she wasn't ready/said she didn't want that. it caused me to get angry and do some foolish things that pushed her away when if I had just not acknowledged it and played it cool and backed off I probably could have had her back by showing her maturity and confidence. we had a lot together, car, bills, lived together previously that made it hard to go 100% no contact. if I had just not let the things she said get to me and had focused on and taken time for myself more (which I was doing but not enough) I would be much better off. honestly, I think the best thing from no contact, which I did after two months for two weeks is that you get to collect yourself and look at your wrongs. she's on to a new guy now unfortunately (people don't always mean what they say which is a good point to make about her saying she didn't want to get back together), but I hope it's just a rebound. I did some really foolish things through the relationship due to jealousy and insecurity (due to financial issues and excessive drinking) and I'm still trying to change. I know she still cares about me (she dropped off a bill the other day and said I should put something on my sun burned face and told me I looked cute with my new glasses a couple weeks prior) but I lost control during the break up and I'm sure she's concerned about ever having to go through that again if we ever did get back together. I'm just giving her time in that aspect and trying to grow myself. who knows what can happen down the line. I would suggest watching his getting my ex back video too. it's pretty good.
From the dumper’s POV, I can say that yes this is all very true. I dumped my GF because our relationship got too toxic for our own good. I told her idk if we’ll ever be back together. We broke up for a year and we’ve been together for 5. During that year i’ve done nothing but study, never got attracted to anyone else. She constantly chased me and ended up being too annoying 5 months after breakup. After 6 months she completely suddenly disappeared. So I got worried and curious. I saw her grow into a better person and out of the blue, Everything just kinda went back to me. So I courted her again. But sadly, she found someone else. I guess that’s karma doing it’s work on me. But my intentions for the breakup were clean and I was 100% honest to her.

After 1 and half months of sticking to my ex I closed all the communication. She told me that she's not interested and love me anymore after 4 good years. Moving on....
The interesting thing I have found from no contact so far is that it's made ME reflect on the relationship a lot and caused me to be a lot more realistic about the issues that were present rather than deifying her and blaming myself for all the issues. At this point, although I still would be interested in hanging out and seeing how things go, I honestly am not too bothered either way. I still want her but it's ok if she doesn't decide to come back. I know I will be ok.

@@benjcalderon2583 never got to see her again properly. She’s with a new guy now and I’m ok with it. I saw them together once or twice and although it did hurt a bit, it’s not really that big a deal. I think she cares more than I do, she was very weird when she saw me, started hooking up with the guy basically whenever we happened to make eye contact but it didn’t really bother me other than it being sorta childish. But yeah, I’m way more on my purpose now and have made shit tons of progress that I wouldn’t have made in a relationship.
same begging, calling, crying voicemails, posting angry things publicly on her facebook. 10 days now, getting in great shape, actually getting out of bed in the morning taking care of myself. I dont even think I want her back. Its just that initial separation, like having your arm removed or something.
@@Jhera42 it gets easier just keep in your mind, no contact isn't about getting your ex back..it's getting yourself back n if she decides to come back in your life it's a bonus but that's usually whenever you're over her n by then you won't want her back. I'm now at 34 days no contact. I slipped up one time contacted her after 3 weeks hurt like hell she didn't respond and i went back into no contact.. the first week is the hardest

I kept chasing and when I started no contact she threw him to the curb and came back to me within 3,5 weeks. Stick with it it's the best choice. After 2 weeks post yourself on social media having fun, or better yet get someone to tag you. I don't know if I'll be able to do no contact with her a second time, day 3 now and it's simply killing me.

Well, I think there is a deeper teaching in this no contact thing. I have been doing it for the past 2 months in order to get her back, and I have realized that I actually don't want my ex to come back now. No contact is a good way to start to detox and forget about that gf.
It's kinda both, if you want your ex back do no contact to make them want you back, but if they're not fast enough you might already be happy. Humans adapt so eather way you win. You only move on from them if you really want to tho, it doesnt just happen lol
After watching a lot of coach lee videos.. I've come to believe that no matter how much uve messed up.. if u have made a routine of doing those things to the point your ex expects those things to keep happening from u.. then u finally go into no contact indefinitely no matter how long it takes.. it will be impossible for them not to notice that u are gone.. cuz good or bad, u were making appearances and coming around.. reaching out.. now that it has stopped and u have broken ur longest no contact record.. trust me they will see that.. the will notice the time that has passed.. and it WILL MAKE THEM REFLECT on you.. they will wonder if you still love them... the curiously of wandering how u feel because u are not throwing it in their face anymore will become a real thing.. and that might be the first time they even care to know in all this time u have been trying to tell them. Lol.. human attraction is insane. But I'm so fortunate to have a teacher like coach lee.. because NOTHING else has helped me like he has.

@@rahul70602 Yes actually! She started contacting me again last week and we’ve been hanging out in a group with some of our other friends and we’ve been having fun together. I believe my next move will be to keep spending time with her in this way but fairly soon get her to spend time where it’s just the two of us and then find a way to ask her if she would be open to getting back together. And that remains true, but I understand now that she isn’t quite ready for a deep conversation like that just yet, which is why I feel like remaining patient will be key. We were in a good and loving relationship for 7 months, and it’s been just over 2 months now since the breakup. I was in no contact for 3 weeks. I've deleted my social medias after the break up, started going to the gym, reading books on mental illnesses in relationships and stuff, and yea I'll have a few rough days, weeks, or month(s). I'm taking baby steps starting hanging around my friends now often to keep myself busy and not worry about the dumper
Pleading and begging might look unattractive and might push them away but it might also be a catalyst to get them back while doing NC . It’s like a double edge sword .
Its true when you are begging and pleading you are boosting their ego and making their decision make stronger but when you dissappear that will break down
After begging and pleading she gave me a relationship but it was loveless and she wasn't affectionate, but afterwards when I asked her to be loving she said she warned me and its over. Btw its strange that she said she thinks of me begore going to bed when she imagine scenarios with me sleeping with her. My ex dumped me two years ago. I begged, sent nasty emails, called, texted many times. He came back, but I moved on. I always thought the begging and pleading hurt my chances...obviously didn’t so don’t lose hope.

The worst advice I was given was to "get over someone get under another" ...just the worst thing a person could do. What The no contact rule did for me was stop me from going back and forth into a relationship. I am healing from the experience and will be stronger in the next. I embrace my vulnerability and faith that love is a real thing and worth taking the risk. Being with her was literally the best of my life and I have no regrets from loving her the way I do and will forever as I promised her.

I did the same. She reached out and we started to hang out again. Told her that the 75 days without her were horrible - we had sex and after 80 days (3 weeks ago) and just a week later she dumped me again. Now I haven't hear anything from her since because I've asked her to leave me alone and I am desperate! I should have been more detached and let her chase me. I think I've ruined my chances and I am insisting on hating her but I am destroyed inside!

Silly me, I went back again and then after a horrible trip to Miami with friends last month we broke up again. Haven’t talked in 3 weeks. No contact doesn't work if your ex doesn't like you enough from the start so i guess that's why he breaks up with you , so focus only on your self and move on and never look back
My perception is changing being in NC for over 70 days. Didn’t beg/plead but maturely asked for the reason for breakup. Didn’t get a reason. Although, I want her back or atleast some communication from her but let’s just take a step back and realise that it’s bull shit. If someone didn’t do any wrong and then were broken up because they lost interest- you shouldn’t care. It hurts I know but most important thing is to respect and love yourself and don’t give someone that much importance. When you lean this and man up - you wouldn’t care anymore. It’s their loss. They don’t deserve you.. Learn from every hardships and focus on real things in life. You cannot convince a person to be with you.. period!
I don’t know how to stop punishing myself for my mistakes knowing I should have not made them in the first place, even as several of them happened. And feeling like I ruined my chance. Is there anybody who’s ever got back with their love? My story is long and arduous, and like many I Might think my situation is unique and I do believe everybody’s is. As much as these videos are soothing my pain I do feel that it’s almost disheartening to blanket generalise all humans to a few basic behaviours. When I feel like talking to her I just come watch your videos and it helps. I saw her today to get my stuff back, we already broke up like 4 days ago now but we've been trying to get that spark in her back for over a month when I moved out, I been begging and pleading and just making her feel more bad for me, she wants to love me and we've tried for a while now. But she finally gave up 4 days ago. When I finished getting all my stuff we spoke, told each other thanks for everything, the past 6 years have been the best part of her and my life. I'm 22 shes 21 so we got together young. She just wants to focus on being single and taking it day by day. I broke the no contact rule 4 days in I text him to ask him how he was he did reply to ask me how I was and he said that he hopes I’m taking my meds and eating...I told him that I am and I also told him that I really miss him he replied to say that he misses the good times to I then said to him I wish things were different and we could start again but he didn’t reply to that now I wish I hadn’t of text him, now I feel worse!

I annoyed her for a little over a week after our break up and even saw her in person(she agreed). She held me tight for a bit and then I proceeded to beg her and talk about myself, instead of trying to keep the conversation light and about her. This is a message for people who feel they provoked their ex into a reactive breakup. Right after an emotionally charged breakup, I walked away into NC for 15 days. The challenge with my situation was is that I actually caused my ex to end the relationship as an emotional reaction to how I was acting in that moment. Angry, unattractive AF and a bit immature to be honest. Before this, we had some challenges, but I really pushed her way too far and said some hurtful things I didn’t mean based on emotions. And by way of just getting out of that emotional pressure cooker she just said “I’m done”. And then refused to back track. It was clearly a self-protection mechanism rather than a long thought-out decision. It felt like she was calling my bluff to be honest. I also made the mistake when I left of telling I don’t want any contact. It was stupid, but the fog of emotions meant I wasn’t thinking clearly. So walked away, and after 15 days of NC and reflection, I realised that she wouldn’t ever reach out because I essentially indirectly ended the relationship and then told her to not contact me. I felt deep down that I owed her an apology for how I forced her into a terrible situation. NC just didn’t feel right after cooling down for 2 weeks and self-reflecting on the situation and my behaviour. So, on day 15 I wrote a short but thoughtful message to apologise that didn’t require an answer from her but clearly demonstrated I was sorry, I didn’t hate her, I had learnt my lesson, and that the door was open if she ever wanted to get in contact. I sent it with ZERO expectations of a read, reply or any form of reaction. I literally sent it to provide a clean slate after the situation and take ownership for my part in it - which is the right and respectful thing to do when you’re in the wrong. I was also concerned that she clearly felt she didn’t have to reach out to me because I caused the whole situation - and because I know her, I know she would have been worried about my reaction if she did reach out. I sent it and she read it after exactly 30 minutes. It made me feel better to know that she sees I’m not angry or hate her and knows I haven’t shut the door. Regardless of outcome, I feel better knowing that I owned my mistake and that she knows it’s ok to contact me to reconcile if she wants to. From that point on, my real “unexpected” NC started. I took the NC reset after 15 days to show strength, ownership, reflection, maturity, to show her I accept the break up and to free my mind of the guilt and do the right thing regardless of breaking NC. It’s different for everyone, but I wanted to share my experience so far and say, it’s ok to own your mistakes. If you fu*ked up and caused them to break up, don’t just go into NC and arrogantly expect them to contact you. Do the right thing, own it, don’t beg, don’t ask questions or push for a reply. Just say sorry, and back off. Day 15 of reflection was today - and today is Day Zero of the real NC. Good luck. Stay strong.
I went crazy for like a week after the breakup.. was constantly blowing him up begging to talk about the issues at hand. He was responding coldly and was very much annoyed. My ex broke up with me around 3 weeks ago and I pushed and pushed, I was blocked on phone and socials so I left her for a few days, I then reached out from my work phone, I explained my emotions had been running high and that if she missed me at all then to please reach out. She did reach out but said that her mind was unchanged and that she had been happy with me but now things had changed. I accepted this and we said goodbye. Then, the following day I had the bright idea to question some of these things she had said. I messaged her again, and her response was that she loved and cared for me but doesn’t miss me and so maybe her feelings aren’t as strong, delete her number and don’t contact her or she will take action. That was about a week ago, and I’ve been in no contact since, although I am blocked on everything still. Here’s hoping that no contact will help in this situation
my ex husband left th he relationship but we have a baby due next week. we're in no contact but have communicate about the baby. however he is the one that is resentful and angry towards me . It's important to let go and forget with time. Trust me, when you sit around waiting for something to happen it just takes that much longer for things to play out. Let go, don't hope consciously but feel whatever you're feeling and when you least expect it is when things turn around. Let time pass, let your ex realise if they miss you or not, if their feelings are the same or not, because eventually people who are right for each other and meant to be together they always tessellate.
thing is. i broke up with her for betraying me. i wanted to work things out. i didn’t beg her back but i was being needy for closure. we got into an argument and she ended up blocking me. i apologized from my work phone and after that i texted her once and we talked and then she saw me drive near her neighborhood when i was looking at a property in the area. i realized she had unblocked my other number because the message delivered. anyway she saw me driving down the road near her neighborhood and threatened me with a restraining order i had told her the night before when we were talking that i was going to be up there. and i didn’t even do anything. 🤷🏽♂️ told her i wouldn’t talk to her again and i have been nc for 8 days
I think I'm 4 years too late. I've been constantly begging him to come back. He has now found a new relationship- he sees her once a week, they put their children first. They go on holidays together. She knows I want him back. Too late, wish I'd had this information 4 years ago, lesson learnt and I'm not contacting him now.

I was still living in my own mind like we were still together just not talking. Its jolted me into accepting the breakup. Im not going to beat myself up for trying to repair a 2 year relationship just one time. I was calm and nice, and accepted it when he said no. I wont reach out again.
I did the same, was in NC for 3 weeks holding on to hope. My friend saw him on a dating app I made the classic mistake of calling and being crazy. We saw each other it was amazing and I asked to try again. He was hesitant but said slowly? That week was so messed up. He called once every night and the conversations didn't feel right because I was so anxious and hopeful. I kept waiting for him to ask to see me again. So I asked are you going to see me weekend, he is like no he can't so I'm like how we supposed to try if you won't see me again. I think I broke nc too soon. I believe our issues was still too strong 3 weeks in. If I had waited let him do the dating thing I think he wouldn't have been sitting on the fence. Now it's officially over because I begged him to see me and he got frustrated I eventually stopped texting and went NC DAY 2.

I've been the guy you described- accept for begging and pleading. We took space to focus on ourselves but neither of us wanted to break the bond. Finally she got upset enough 2 weeks ago because I've demonstrated I'm so much focused on her wellness but hardly focused on my own. Either way right after she got upset I applied the clean slate approach and I took the next step and realized it's now time to truly work on myself. I’m going thru a breakup and I think no contact is a good thing for both parties to gain clarity. I of course am heartbroken but I’m very aware that it’s my fault. This video specifically gives me hope… it’s been 3 months since we broke up after more than a year together. I’ve begged and pleaded, had normal conversations, and worst of all said and done hurtful stalkerish things to her out of fear and pain. The thing that gets to me is that we’ve hung out twice since and they were both very good times. I’m 3 days into no contact, and even though I should’ve done it so much sooner, I gave hope that it’ll work for the both of us. My birthday is coming up and I’m hoping that she’ll reach out then. Maddi D’accione You can communicate thru texting, and drop the kids off at relatives, then you come by 20 to 30 minutes later to pickup your kids, the same for dropping them off. There is no need to talk to them in person, just give them the time your go no to have them at your relatives.

It really does work guys! She broke up end of Sept/beginning of Oct out of nowhere, completely blindsided by it. at first I kept trying to talk to her.... then I backed off and it was helping the situation. the problem was is that I gave in to her calling me and texting me and let things like her telling me she had a broken heart, worrying about me, telling me she wasnt going to be with anyone for a long time, and stuff like that push me to try and get back with her when she wasn't ready/said she didn't want that. it caused me to get angry and do some foolish things that pushed her away when if I had just not acknowledged it and played it cool and backed off I probably could have had her back by showing her maturity and confidence. we had a lot together, car, bills, lived together previously that made it hard to go 100% no contact. if I had just not let the things she said get to me and had focused on and taken time for myself more (which I was doing but not enough) I would be much better off. honestly, I think the best thing from no contact, which I did after two months for two weeks is that you get to collect yourself and look at your wrongs. she's on to a new guy now unfortunately (people don't always mean what they say which is a good point to make about her saying she didn't want to get back together), but I hope it's just a rebound. I did some really foolish things through the relationship due to jealousy and insecurity (due to financial issues and excessive drinking) and I'm still trying to change. I know she still cares about me (she dropped off a bill the other day and said I should put something on my sun burned face and told me I looked cute with my new glasses a couple weeks prior) but I lost control during the break up and I'm sure she's concerned about ever having to go through that again if we ever did get back together. I'm just giving her time in that aspect and trying to grow myself. who knows what can happen down the line. I would suggest watching his getting my ex back video too. it's pretty good.

From the dumper’s POV, I can say that yes this is all very true. I dumped my GF because our relationship got too toxic for our own good. I told her idk if we’ll ever be back together. We broke up for a year and we’ve been together for 5. During that year i’ve done nothing but study, never got attracted to anyone else. She constantly chased me and ended up being too annoying 5 months after breakup. After 6 months she completely suddenly disappeared. So I got worried and curious. I saw her grow into a better person and out of the blue, Everything just kinda went back to me. So I courted her again. But sadly, she found someone else. I guess that’s karma doing it’s work on me. But my intentions for the breakup were clean and I was 100% honest to her.

The interesting thing I have found from no contact so far is that it's made ME reflect on the relationship a lot and caused me to be a lot more realistic about the issues that were present rather than deifying her and blaming myself for all the issues. At this point, although I still would be interested in hanging out and seeing how things go, I honestly am not too bothered either way. I still want her but it's ok if she doesn't decide to come back. I know I will be ok.

@@benjcalderon2583 never got to see her again properly. She’s with a new guy now and I’m ok with it. I saw them together once or twice and although it did hurt a bit, it’s not really that big a deal. I think she cares more than I do, she was very weird when she saw me, started hooking up with the guy basically whenever we happened to make eye contact but it didn’t really bother me other than it being sorta childish. But yeah, I’m way more on my purpose now and have made shit tons of progress that I wouldn’t have made in a relationship.

I've come to believe that no matter how much uve messed up.. if u have made a routine of doing those things to the point your ex expects those things to keep happening from u.. then u finally go into no contact indefinitely no matter how long it takes.. it will be impossible for them not to notice that u are gone.. cuz good or bad, u were making appearances and coming around.. reaching out.. now that it has stopped and u have broken ur longest no contact record.. trust me they will see that.. the will notice the time that has passed.. and it WILL MAKE THEM REFLECT on you.. they will wonder if you still love them... the curiously of wandering how u feel because u are not throwing it in their face anymore will become a real thing.. and that might be the first time they even care to know in all this time u have been trying to tell them. I believe my next move will be to keep spending time with her in this way but fairly soon get her to spend time where it’s just the two of us and then find a way to ask her if she would be open to getting back together. Progress is being made and I’m very hopeful!

After begging and pleading she gave me a relationship but it was loveless and she wasn't affectionate, but afterwards when I asked her to be loving she said she warned me and its over. Btw its strange that she said she thinks of me begore going to bed when she imagine scenarios with me sleeping with her. In my case I have been kinda pushing him and not respecting his need for space. Its been a month since we broke up. I broke NC last week after 3 weeks of not talking to him. And he left me on read. I think I need to give him the break up and stop chasing like this. I didn't beg or plead, bt he didn't respond to a casual text I sent. No contact doesn't work if your ex doesn't like you enough from the start so i guess that's why he breaks up with you , so focus only on your self and move on and never look back
It still works because it helps you to move on leave with self respect. Even if they don't like you, they will respect you.
My perception is changing being in NC for over 70 days. Didn’t beg/plead but maturely asked for the reason for breakup. Didn’t get a reason. Although, I want her back or atleast some communication from her but let’s just take a step back and realise that it’s bull shit. If someone didn’t do any wrong and then were broken up because they lost interest- you shouldn’t care.

This is a message for people who feel they provoked their ex into a reactive breakup.
Right after an emotionally charged breakup, I walked away into NC for 15 days. The challenge with my situation was is that I actually caused my ex to end the relationship as an emotional reaction to how I was acting in that moment. Angry, unattractive AF and a bit immature to be honest.
Before this, we had some challenges, but I really pushed her way too far and said some hurtful things I didn’t mean based on emotions.
And by way of just getting out of that emotional pressure cooker she just said “I’m done”. And then refused to back track. It was clearly a self-protection mechanism rather than a long thought-out decision. It felt like she was calling my bluff to be honest.
I also made the mistake when I left of telling I don’t want any contact. It was stupid, but the fog of emotions meant I wasn’t thinking clearly.
So walked away, and after 15 days of NC and reflection, I realised that she wouldn’t ever reach out because I essentially indirectly ended the relationship and then told her to not contact me.
I felt deep down that I owed her an apology for how I forced her into a terrible situation. NC just didn’t feel right after cooling down for 2 weeks and self-reflecting on the situation and my behaviour.
So, on day 15 I wrote a short but thoughtful message to apologise that didn’t require an answer from her but clearly demonstrated I was sorry, I didn’t hate her, I had learnt my lesson, and that the door was open if she ever wanted to get in contact.
I sent it with ZERO expectations of a read, reply or any form of reaction. I literally sent it to provide a clean slate after the situation and take ownership for my part in it - which is the right and respectful thing to do when you’re in the wrong.
I was also concerned that she clearly felt she didn’t have to reach out to me because I caused the whole situation - and because I know her, I know she would have been worried about my reaction if she did reach out.
I sent it and she read it after exactly 30 minutes.
It made me feel better to know that she sees I’m not angry or hate her and knows I haven’t shut the door. Regardless of outcome, I feel better knowing that I owned my mistake and that she knows it’s ok to contact me to reconcile if she wants to.
From that point on, my real “unexpected” NC started.
I took the NC reset after 15 days to show strength, ownership, reflection, maturity, to show her I accept the break up and to free my mind of the guilt and do the right thing regardless of breaking NC.
It’s different for everyone, but I wanted to share my experience so far and say, it’s ok to own your mistakes. If you fu*ked up and caused them to break up, don’t just go into NC and arrogantly expect them to contact you.
Do the right thing, own it, don’t beg, don’t ask questions or push for a reply. Just say sorry, and back off.
Day 15 of reflection was today - and today is Day Zero of the real NC.

Be a man and learn to how to formulate grammatically correct sentences, and put a meaning behind the words. Staying in no contact forever is a childish and weak thing to do. If your ego is still hurt and you're unable to put your self together, by all means - yes, don't contact her ever again.
My ex broke up with me around 3 weeks ago and I pushed and pushed, I was blocked on phone and socials so I left her for a few days, I then reached out from my work phone, I explained my emotions had been running high and that if she missed me at all then to please reach out. She did reach out but said that her mind was unchanged and that she had been happy with me but now things had changed. I accepted this and we said goodbye.
Then, the following day I had the bright idea to question some of these things she had said. I messaged her again, and her response was that she loved and cared for me but doesn’t miss me and so maybe her feelings aren’t as strong, delete her number and don’t contact her or she will take action. That was about a week ago, and I’ve been in no contact since, although I am blocked on everything still. Here’s hoping that no contact will help in this situation

It's important to let go and forget with time. Trust me, when you sit around waiting for something to happen it just takes that much longer for things to play out. Let go, don't hope consciously but feel whatever you're feeling and when you least expect it is when things turn around. I feel like I've annoyed her beyond the point of her coming back. We always argued over dumb things after the breakup, we're no longer friends, no trust and she told me she's talking to someone else.

I did good for 4 weeks, then had a friend calling me constantly upset about his breakup and how low and depressed he was, he kept talking about how he couldn't handle it and the pain etc. It made me reach out to my ex. Smh. I was doing so well. I didnt beg or plead, asked how eachother are and made small talk, then i asked if theres any way to fix thing's, he said "lets not go back there and just move forwards eith our lifes". He said that he had almost called me a couple of times but decided not to do it. I didnt get upset or beg, i just said ok. He asked can he call me sometimes and i said that wouldnt be a good idea as i need to focus on moving on now as he seems happy and doesn't want to gey back together. He said he understood. I told him to take care of himself, he said take care of yourself too. And we said goodbye. I burst out crying after i got off the phone call, i felt stupid for calling him. But i had stayed 4 weeks hoping that he was missing me too and would come back for me. The call was hard, but it's made me realise i need to understand and accept that its over. I was still living in my own mind like we were still together just not talking. Its jolted me into accepting the breakup. Im not going to beat myself up for trying to repair a 2 year relationship just one time. I was calm and nice, and accepted it when he said no. I wont reach out again.
I did the same, was in NC for 3 weeks holding on to hope. My friend saw him on a dating app I made the classic mistake of calling and being crazy. We saw each other it was amazing and I asked to try again. He was hesitant but said slowly? That week was so messed up. He called once every night and the conversations didn't feel right because I was so anxious and hopeful. I kept waiting for him to ask to see me again. So I asked are you going to see me weekend, he is like no he can't so I'm like how we supposed to try if you won't see me again. I think I broke nc too soon. I believe our issues was still too strong 3 weeks in. If I had waited let him do the dating thing I think he wouldn't have been sitting on the fence. Now it's officially over because I begged him to see me and he got frustrated I eventually stopped texting and went NC DAY 2.
Hoping this works! He said we're not getting back together and to stop texting him so that's what I'm going to do and see if he notices. He also told me to move on after we've been together for a year and a half. Makes me wonder how he can just forget us this fast. Hoping he comes back!

I've been the guy you described- accept for begging and pleading. We took space to focus on ourselves but neither of us wanted to break the bond. Finally she got upset enough 2 weeks ago because I've demonstrated I'm so much focused on her wellness but hardly focused on my own. Either way right after she got upset I applied the clean slate approach and I took the next step and realized it's now time to truly work on myself. We had lunch Saturday (a week after hitting the lowest point in post break up or 3 months after a 6 month relationship). She very much wanted to go it wasnt forced. It was nice day and chemistry was strong but I made it clear that regardless of the circumstances I hadn't been strong enough even since the start of the relationship. I'm now in no contact. But I dont want to be in the friend zone because she probably will reach out sooner than later. I need to be patient and stay the course. Her and I see each other once maybe twice a month since the breakup and yet the non stop texting though usually it was upbeat while widdling insecure statements in between....this was the killer.

It’s been about two months and I’ve begged and pleaded kinda a lot. I started no contact two weeks ago and she texted me multiple times saying things like she misses me and other stuff like that. Even complementing my eyes. I fell through to this and tried to over work the situation, putting me right back where I was. I’ve started no contact again and I hope to see where it goes. I’m going thru a breakup and I think no contact is a good thing for both parties to gain clarity. I of course am heartbroken but I’m very aware that it’s my fault. I was very hurt and at first it was all about me and my pain and loss but after awhile I had to step back and look at it from her point of view. Now I don’t know that I deserve a second chance. Everyone usually has the best intentions and I did but the things I have done over the last 4 years are pretty awful. I never cheated or physically abusive or anything but I was definitely very stubborn,selfish and just mean in a lot of ways. So to be honest I don’t really know where to go from here. It’s a pretty low point.
Same here. I never cheated or abused my girlfriend, but I definitely did not treat her right! I was so damn selfish and rude towards her!! Not a day goes by where I don't wish I could go back and redo our relationship and treat her like the absolute Queen she is, but sadly I feel like its too late and too much ugly has happened to have a beautiful future.😢

This video specifically gives me hope… it’s been 3 months since we broke up after more than a year together. I’ve begged and pleaded, had normal conversations, and worst of all said and done hurtful stalkerish things to her out of fear and pain. The thing that gets to me is that we’ve hung out twice since and they were both very good times. I’m 3 days into no contact, and even though I should’ve done it so much sooner, I gave hope that it’ll work for the both of us. My birthday is coming up and I’m hoping that she’ll reach out then. If not, I will push it until she does, or I will send a clean slate text around the 30 day mark to apologize for my actions previously. Then I will go back into no contact. I’m sure the relief period will be over by then, seeing as she’s already had times where she’s been sad and missing me.

Coach Lee - can you do a vid about no contact when you have kids together? Where you just can’t go total no contact as there are things you need to communicate about kids as they move between houses and events you need to attend together?
Maddi D’accione You can communicate thru texting, and drop the kids off at relatives, then you come by 20 to 30 minutes later to pickup your kids, the same for dropping them off. There is no need to talk to them in person, just give them the time your go no to have them at your relatives.
