If you listen to this man I can promise you that things will play out exactly like he says. It might not be in the timeline that you want but it will happen. When my ex started making movement towards me I was so done and over her I realized I never would want her back. Whether the person comes back to you or not, you will heal. Notes for the ones that have seen the video:
1. 0:17 - Give them the break up! (Don’t chase them. No contact, meaning you are not contacting them but you answer politely if they contact them)
2. Control the momentum ( when your ex starts to run away, stop chasing them, don’t look obsessed , the other way around, if they reach out , match their energy, don’t be over enthusiastic , show reserve when they ask about you missing them etc. )
3. 10:15 - don’t be angry, anger shows pain, people instinctively know that. Focus on the good in your life. Your ex is probably not a bad person, the breakup wasn’t to hurt you,
4. 13:32 - don’t fix it for them, they could try to bait you to ask to get back together, don’t! They messed it up, they should to do it. If they are not willing, they are not ready, they still have a lot of ego . Doesn’t mean you can’t ask the out for coffee if they keep reaching out etc. just don’t do the hard part for them )
5. 17:21 - don’t rush. It deals with attraction details, so if you are rushing you will act as they are much more attractive. Also if they ask to get back together, don’t just accept it straight away, say something like, I’m open to it but I want to take things one day at the time, it’s self respect and you should be cautious as they broke up with you before!

@@ejmalik3993don’t approach stay in no contact, happened with me aswell, i had only those friends at that time, and it was hard, but my friends did make plans accordingly one person at a time like one weekend they made plans with me and the next weekend with him, and no discussions about him with me,after a certain time when we moved on after 6-7 years we started getting along with each other with the same group and with each ithers partners as well so don’t do it don’t make plans with your friends when your ex is around, give yourself time to heal and grieve, feel what you wanna feel, cry let your heart out but just don’t break the no contact, it’s the best for now
No contact works. My ex dumped me, kicked me out of our apartment, and found a new guy Instantly. I stopped talking to her, got shredded, and she’s called me 3 nights in a row crying and pleading to see me. I casually told her that when the moment is right, we’ll see each other soon enough. Wow I can’t believe this worked because it was so hard. Also, at this point I’m totally okay never getting back together so it’s like a win-win.

Meanwhile I was seeing another girl (I didn't love the new girl, just enjoyed our time) and my ex sensed it.. So after 7 weeks total she had her birthday and I surprised her and she confessed she still loved me and missed me and we've been together since last June and never been better. Those weeks o fno contact were hard.
Anybody reading this, please know that it does in fact get easier. I was with my girl for 16 years, she left me on Christmas Eve of all days. I was absolutely crushed in every way. Without a doubt it was the toughest time of my life. I used the opportunity to work on myself, I am able to say I’m extremely proud of the person I’ve become and I honestly don’t want her back. YOU WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THIS. One day at a time guys, you’ve got this.

I going through it to man, mine left 3 months ago after 14yrs together, we have a 12yr old daughter. She got into a rebound basically the next day. I went modified no contact cause we have a kid so I couldn't not speak to her at all. For the past couple weeks she's been contacting me everyday, she's asking me if I'm dating, had sex with anyone, if the chick I went on a date with was getting serious, she was asking all kinda shit 😆. All she's taken from the house is some cloths and shoes, all her stuff is still in my name, car, car insurance, cell phone, she gets pissed of I bring up changing everything over to her name. It's like she's doesn't know what she wants.

You gotta determine where that anger is coming from. Anger can be a response to hurt, but it can also be a response do having your dignity crushed. This is why reflecting and introspection is so key. If you realize that you’re livid because of how they belittled you or how they hurt you during the breakup, then it’s a good sign that you probably should stay far, far away. Let that anger fuel your initial recovery and push you to take care of yourself. If it’s just anger to cover up the sad, process it and let it fade.
Agree Phish to a degree we need to acknowledge internally how we may feel; anger is a natural emotion which must be managed (control) regardless of the EX. I feel we need to be honest with ourselves; may need time to heal and process the anger and not downplay or deny. Perhaps we should let them know we are disappointed. Dr. Lee I agree its also about timing (momentum,pace) I just do not want to be a imposter. Contingencies may need to be added " one day at a time."
It has been almost half a year since my ex and I broke up, she dumped me brutally, blocked me on everything lol, but I saved my dignity and never chased her again. My ex and I broke up 4 months ago. I started listening to coach Lee and his advise was right on. After 6 weeks of no contact. My ex contacted me to exchange belongings.
Upon on meeting, I walked in and gave her a huge kiss.
We've been happily together ever since.

Believe me, I've been where you are now several times it's no fun but loosing your dignity is 100 times worse.

If your goal is to "get in their head" you are already losing as you are allowing them to still be a focus in your thoughts. The best thing one can do is to focus on their own growth thru ACTIONS. Don't THINK and instead ACT, ACT, ACT toward your happiness. Workout, develop new social groups, date, whatever. Just keep busy. With time the mind's thoughts will be focused on the results your actions are producing and replace the thoughts of the ex.

For the person who instigated the breakup to think that someone should want to reach out or send gifts etc to get them back is so egotistical.after When they realize that you won’t do that, you instantly become more attractive & valuable in their eyes and they sink back down from their temporary pedestal. You can’t seem mad when they call, be cheerful and calm. That will eat them up inside, and will be more receptive to your demands moving forward. The power shifts.
My ex cheated on me 4 days ago. I asked her if she would rather be with that person. She said yes. I said "okay thank you for telling me. I want you to be happy so go ahead and be with that person". Two days later she comes back telling me that person didn't want anything serious and that she seriously fucked up and is sorry. She is trying to make me her back up plan. Shit is hilarious. I told her I was done because it's the second time she has done something like this. I told her she probably has more than bi polar disorder and to go see a psychiatrist and a therapist that can help her with the consistent narcissistic tendencies she displays. She got upset and blocked me in hopes I would chase after her. I'm absolutely done. SHE BELONGS TO THE STREETS!

If it seems like a bad idea, run away. Yeah I’m going through it myself but she played so many mind games I could just care now. I made the mistake of losing my composure and putting her ego way up in the clouds, which you should never do. She came at me first so I should have remembered that and stayed cool and collected. Okay coach. Long story short:
Reasonably concluded I was the one who broke things off (details are too long) and went back. She rejected me saying she never wanted me, but a friend of ours later said she didn't intend to say that, she just didn't know how to say she wasn't ready.
So this is it, coach. I won't need to see anymore videos; she's not the ex, I am. All I need to do is wait for her to be ready and we can begin again. I am turning off notifications but will stay subscribed.
Hopefully I won't need to come back here.

Same here. Was just dumped after 5 years. In the meantime an ex that dumped me 10 years ago reached out to me after she found out from her kids that I was single again. She and I dated for 10 years. She now says that she always thought that we would be together again someday. So right now I am really trying to process everything. Who I want to be with and what I need to do for myself. I never thought I would be in this situation.

It’s work for me, at first she said she wanted to break up and need to take a break from love but after one week she back. She called me and ask if I’m still single and she said she was really sad while she was away from me. And she says she sorry all she wanted to do was just playing around with me but the fact is that she found someone else while she broke up with me. After she came back to me and she said that she made a mistake for choosing otter than me and now she doesn’t know what to do to break up with the other person because she said she wants to be with me more. Thank you so much for your help, I was really sad at the start but after watching your video it heal my feelings a lot.
Advice from experience: don’t go back to your ex, work on yourself for 6 months and trust me she or he will beg you to comeback, but don’t do it she or he will change his mind after period if u agree, so only time and change will heal you, and u will feel free after u change ur self, u will know what u are looking for and meet someone who love you

Didn’t chase my ex and went into no contact , he reached out 3 times . The first time after 3 months, then 6 months, then 1 week after that. It works but I end up knowing my worth and walked away.
Thank you coach lee ❤I will get back my Mr Lee to me for not temporary because of you’re advice I know and prepared now when the time comes they test the water. Even there are around if they’re not fully ready yet I will not give in because I will be the biggest lesson they ever had in their life and yes I’m already are because I’m there twin flame but it will be mind blowing to them when they try me. I went on one date with a guy 4 years ago. We had fun and there was definitely a connection. We stayed in touch for a short time after that, but never had a second date. He just friend requested me today! We haven't spoken in 4 years and I am absolutely not interested now. I don’t think it will work in my case. She’s gone, dating a new person. She’s made a decision and I’ve made mine to get out of her life completely. I’m going thru the painful heartbreak, focusing on improving myself. The pain is the price I pay for who im about to become, a better and stronger version of myself.

I’m coming up to 3 weeks of no contact, and for some reason this last week has been SO hard. I wanted to talk to him & I even missed him a little bit even though I am very sure I don’t want to be with him again. I’ve been having vivid dreams/nightmares about him and I’m struggling to keep him off my mind. I didn’t feel like this at all the first 2 weeks so I’m kinda surprised
Same thing happened to me week 2 was easier than week 3 and 4 and been having those nightmares every night about her breaking up with me again or having someone new or she doesn’t care about me or a combination of everything

Giving them the breakup is extremely effective, especially if you had a relationship where you pleaded/played the subordinate role. The sooner you do it, the better. Give their stuff back. Stop contacting them. If you post, post only updates of getting out and doing stuff, and only at a normal pace. My ex was back in six days crying and apologizing.
The problem is, there’s no guarantee that you’ll keep them. If that person has little to no interest in actually addressing the reasons why you broke up, especially if they don’t want to hear your version of the truth about those things, you’re SOL. My ex hung around about 5-6 days, then out of the blue dumped me again, this time much more brutally and painfully. Less than a week after that she ghosted, and I never heard from her again. It’s been a year.
Same thing happened to me but he stuck around for a couple months still dumped me after a couple fights (maybe 2) in between though
@@notmars77 Sorry to hear that :/ I feel mostly the same -- some amount of disgust, still confused, and honestly just bummed. Like what a waste -- a breakup doesn't have to mean that one person gets shit on and you never speak again. It's not mature and it's a great way to make sure that the person dumped feels like a worthless POS for a while.

I know he’s not the one for me! I still care like crazy, but we’re not the best match. I know this logically! Emotionally, I’m still prepping my Cinderella castle for us! With coach Lee’s info, it calms all the emotional by tricking my brain that there’s still a chance. However, I know as time passes w/no contact I will likely only be lead by the logical and get over it. Essentially, setting myself up to be forever done! Coach, long story short: Reasonably concluded I was the one who broke things off (details are too long) and returned; she rejected me, saying she never wanted me, but a friend of ours later said she didn't mean to say that, she just didn't know how to say she wasn't ready. So this is it, coach; I won't need to see any more videos; she isn't the ex, I am. All I have to do now is wait for her to be ready

Beverly, it's hard to say, but it's possible that he will return. After all those things he said to you, I'm trying to understand WHY he just made a complete turnaround. There is a reason for everything. He either had a change of heart, meaning loss of attraction, or didn't care enough to begin with. @@ginger96963 Thank you. On three occasions we planned to meet for coffee. For one reason or another each date was canceled. However, she was eager for me to enjoy her Thanksgiving meal. I picked it up but never went inside her home. We still have a connection but it needs to grow stronger. Waiting to see her sounds like a good idea.

I’ll not take her back, because my experience is that people who do something once, will do it again. Re-listening to this today. After 3mos of NC I find my mind more open to the points in this video. That maybe I can do some of the suggestions in this video. Not to just jump back in.
