Thank you so much for another great session. The movement in the hands and arms is interesting, more of that would be great having suffered with nerve issues, carpel tunnel, surgery etc.

I have to say- If I could give back to you somehow, I'd love to. Can't say for sure, but soulmate energy comes to mind when I see your beautiful smile at the end, only to be surprised that it brightened my world so profoundly. If this is supposed to be for nervous system regulation why are you not holding poses long enough to get at LEAST 4 DEEP LONG inhales…I can’t even get 2 in before you’re moving to the next pose.
