- In Episode 27, we bring to you part 2 of the demolishing works of the porch of the Bungalow and reasons why we demolished our secret roofing
This work was carried out by our mason Mr. Paul Yaw Antwi. You can contact him directly on +233243484052 for any masonry works.
This channel describes how we re-purposed an old bungalow into 3 dwelling units or apartments.
Upon completion:
(a) The bungalow will be converted into three (3) separate dwelling units; one 2.5BHK, one 2BHK and one 1BHK
(B=Bedroom, H=Hall/Living room, K=Kitchen; each bedroom will have an en-suite washroom).
(b) The outhouse will consist of:
(1) Ground floor-Bedroom with an en-suite washroom and a single car garage,
(2) First floor- 1BHK and a guest washroom.
(3) Secured stair well at the end of the building.
(c) A security post with its own washroom
