Hi Eddie, the total cost for labour for 16 windows was GHS 4000. This gives the average cost per window to be GHS 250. Yes Ebenezer is based in Kumasi but he will take jobs anywhere in Ghana or Nigeria. Thank you for subscribing to our channel.

My younger brother does the supervision. Majority of the workers are people who have worked on building projects for my brother's boss. In addition, I watch other building project channels and when I find someone suitable I let my brother know. He then brings them on board.

The house is 42ft x 18ft at the first floor and 42ft x14ft at the ground level

The few blocks touching the ground were water soaked and not suitable for construction. The rest were solid and strong. It is good to weed around them if you intend to make blocks and keep for longer than one year.

Total cost (labour and materials) for the outhouse, security post and fence wall was GHC 15900.

@@xhibitplus Yes they work in Accra. I can ask the head mason to send pictures of other houses and apartments they have built in Accra to you. They charge moderately.

I checked on the internet and they seem to be different. The RGB colour code for ocean blue is #4f42b5 and is comprised of 31% red, 26% green and 71% blue. The RGB colour code for deep ocean blue is #003C5F and is composed of 0% red, 39% green and 61% blue. We used 0.45 mm Colour Link Plus sheets from DBS.

Thank you, I contacted dbs and they told me is the same. I was looking for the name of your color so I asked them and dbs told me is deep ocean so when I saw your video and u said ocean blue, I was little confused. I sent them the two colors and they said is the same color.

Yes. From the old bungalow we will have one 3 bedroom unit, one 2 bedroom unit and one 1 bedroom unit plus an outhouse of 1 bedroom unit and a studio. Hopefully, we can finish by early next next year. Regards
