Building in Ghana: Episode 17_Paving Stones by Mr. Dogbeda

This channel describes how we re-purposed an old bungalow into 3 dwelling units or apartments.
In Episode 17, we bring to you the reasons why we chose to use paving stones for landscaping; the materials and labour costs for making 32,000 paving stones by Mr. Dosia Dogbeda. Kindly watch to the end if you have not already done your landscaping.
Upon completion:
(a) The bungalow will be converted into three (3) separate dwelling units; one 2.5BHK, one 2BHK and one 1BHK
(B=Bedroom, H=Hall/Living room, K=Kitchen; each bedroom will have an en-suite washroom).
(b) The outhouse will consist of:
(1) Ground floor-Bedroom with an en-suite washroom and a single car garage,
(2) First floor- 1BHK and a guest washroom.
(3) Secured stair well at the end of the building.
(c) A security post with its own washroom
