Building in Ghana: Episode 19_Plastering of the Outhouse and Security Post

This channel describes how we re-purposed an old bungalow into 3 dwelling units or apartments.
In Episode 19, we bring to you the plastering of the Outhouse and the Security Post by Mr. Paul Yaw Antwi. In addition, we give you the cost breakdown of plastering the Outhouse, Security Post and Fence wall.
Upon completion:
(a) The bungalow will be converted into three (3) separate dwelling units; one 2.5BHK, one 2BHK and one 1BHK
(B=Bedroom, H=Hall/Living room, K=Kitchen; each bedroom will have an en-suite washroom).
(b) The outhouse will consist of:
(1) Ground floor-Bedroom with an en-suite washroom and a single car garage,
(2) First floor- 1BHK and a guest washroom.
(3) Secured stair well at the end of the building.
(c) A security post with its own washroom
