    Big thanks to your balanced and well thought workouts that actually do make sense to my body as it transformed and toned muscles no gym yoga running lifting or climbing ever did it! I am seeing muscle definition i used to dream of ! They say discipline and dedication takes you to your goals! I say smart discipline is what matters and your workouts provides the smart guidance i need to see the results worth working hard for ❤

      how long did it take for you to see the muscle definition?? i too have been moving with nicole consistently for 3 months now i wasnt this consistent with her or any other workout and i'd love to know that my consistency will pay off!!

    I have been doing your classes for nearly 2 years and I found this to be one of the most challenging workouts on your channel! Especially that chair sequence! I can never underestimate the power of yoga and how positive it makes me feel x

    I thought about doing a yoga workout today, and just when I started to look for one, I noticed you had uploaded this! Almost shed a tear during the chair sequence, but this was a great, creative and energizing workout!😊

    This was perfect. I never feel more in tune with my body than doing Move With Nicole workouts. And somehow they challenge me, fatigue my muscles, make me sweat & I still come out of it feeling strong and energized.

    I have been doing Nicole’s workouts for 5 months now three to five times a week. My body feels much stronger. When I started I couldn’t get through any of the beginner classes. Now I can do the longer ones without stopping. I recommend Nicole to anyone who wants a home work out. Nicole you have changed my work out life. I feel stronger and healthier.

    I can't do majority of the stretches yet because I'm still starting to workout after a year 🥲 but soon i'll be able to do this workout without stopping! Thanks Nicole! ❤

    Wow, fabulous. Had me sweating and I definitely had to skip some poses, even after almost a year of a dedicated yoga practice. But now I feel incredible and proud of myself.
