The kids (her son & his kids) later told me that he could have saved her. She needed surgery & she gave him power of attorney. So, he refused it & told her she was being selfish by trying to hang on & to just let go. So, she did. In addition to that, the kids said he made them watch her pass away. They were 12yrs, 12yrs, & 9yrs old. Her son was really messed up emotionally after that as he was now an orphan. His Dad had died a few years before. I never saw him the same way after that revelation.

This happened to me when I was married. I was overweight, constantly exhausted, my acne was out of control, and my hair was greying rapidly. The day he moved out was my first full night's sleep in years. Over the coming months, my weight started to come down and my skin improved. 6 month's after we split all my grey hair have return to jet black. It's a testament to what prolonged high levels of cortisol will do to the body.

I experienced something slightly similar but the man I was with effected how I performed at work. I was so miserable that I wasn't sleeping. I couldn't perform at work and my colleagues said I was "not nice to be around." As soon as I broke up with the man I was with, I started sleeping better, my performance increased and I even got a bonus at work. My colleagues said I was joyful and they were happy to have me back.
It's the before and after a bad relationship that gets you. I gained so much weight dealing with my emotionally abusive ex. This is why I don't walk away anymore, baby I run! Any sign that a man won't handle me with care, I'm out.
It's the stress...constant stress and chaos. I realized now that I come home from a very stressful job, I make dinner, have a nice tea, read a book, take a walk and hang with my cats. When I was married, the best way I can describe my ex was he was "noise" and constantly mentally, emotionally, and financially stressing me and putting me into a state of non stability. When I left, I slept for 8 hours NO INTERUPTIONS, I could eat when and what I wanted, not having to be criticized for making something someone doesn't like or them eating something else, not hearing the banging around, just noise in general, was stressful. I felt so ugly when I left. I had constant diarrhea, always weird illness, body aches, my hair was falling out and other things. It's true.
This is so true I am 48 now, but in my twenties I thought me loosing weight and my hair breaking in the center of my head was because my damn naive ass was in love I needed to be with this person. We were meant to be because look what happens to me when we are NOT TOGETHER. I also had migraines constantly and loss of appetite. Baby girls let me tell you these signs are your bodies way of telling you to get the F away from that person! Our body knows trouble apparently before we do! Listen to your body don’t betray yourself. The right man will not cause all this unbalance in your body.

I’ve done some research on this and it turns out that if you are genetically predisposed for any disease that runs in your family, stress can be the trigger that turns that gene on. In my case it was my thyroid. I found out mine was shutting down, just as my doctor left the practice. Being in between doctors I had to do my own research to answer questions I had until I saw a new one, and that is some of the information I found. If you look at a graph of my thyroid function, my last relationship going downhill and my thyroid went with it. And if you get sick with a toxic partner, often times they leave you. It’s truly sickening how many women I’ve read about who have gotten cancer of other serious illnesses, operations, etc. and as soon as their men could get out the door they left. Stay safe out there!

It took me close to 5 years to recover from my ex…. The after effects lasted a bit longer than the relationship which was two years. Left the relationship when I was 18 and everyone would tell me I looked 25. I developed excema on my hands, then it went to my arms and, fortunately, just a little on my face. I didn’t even know what excema was when it started, but after I left that job it started getting a little bit better, but I don’t think it’ll ever all go away. That was the most stressful job I ever had. Or, it’s possibly a family member or a friend that you just can’t seem to get away from. Look at ALL your relationships.

I went to an energy healer and she told me your womb is warning you, then my doctor confirmed emotional and psychological problems could cause physical problems and most of the sti are really caused by emotional and mental chronic problems..the healer fixed a lot but I stayed for another year and a half .. then struggled w feminine problems for the next 10 years until I became aggressive about it.. but what surprised me the most was the medication the doctor used to finally fix my problem.. the insurance had to manually authorized my medication a few times..there was no sti involved but she it was bad Now I look at human interaction totally different.. I don’t want to be touched or even stand too close to ppl.. bc ppl energy could f u up.. and his new wife has the same problem.. she is always going to the doc for feminine issues and her cycle of messed up

Everything mentioned is true , my cortisol was so high that my entire body was swelling , I had to wear a size 38 because my skin was sore and clothing would hurt , yet when I stepped on a scale I only weighed 56kg . I couldn't wear makeup because it felt heavy and painful on my skin , my face & neck became darker than the rest of my body , hair became really thin , I aged 10 years in from 2020 to 2022 .
Happened to me too. Severe cystic acne, worst TMJ, tinnitus, muscle loss, back aches, brain fog, and mentally declining. I was 22-27 years old then!!! Now I don't have any of those issues. I have a few grey hairs years later, but damn, never been more beautiful and confident. Grateful for waking up and for realizing I deserved to be healthy and happy. I wish fewer women had a savior complex when it came to sad and broken "GROWN MEN."

I experienced something slightly similar but the man I was with effected how I performed at work. I was so miserable that I wasn't sleeping. I couldn't perform at work and my colleagues said I was "not nice to be around." It's the stress...constant stress and chaos. I realized now that I come home from a very stressful job, I make dinner, have a nice tea, read a book, take a walk and hang with my cats. When I was married, the best way I can describe my ex was he was "noise" and constantly mentally, emotionally, and financially stressing me and putting me into a state of non stability. When I left, I slept for 8 hours NO INTERUPTIONS, I could eat when and what I wanted, not having to be criticized for making something someone doesn't like or them eating something else, not hearing the banging around, just noise in general, was stressful. I felt so ugly when I left. I had constant diarrhea, always weird illness, body aches, my hair was falling out and other things. It's true.

This is so true I am 48 now, but in my twenties I thought me loosing weight and my hair breaking in the center of my head was because my damn naive ass was in love I needed to be with this person. We were meant to be because look what happens to me when we are NOT TOGETHER. I also had migraines constantly and loss of appetite.

I’ve done some research on this and it turns out that if you are genetically predisposed for any disease that runs in your family, stress can be the trigger that turns that gene on. In my case it was my thyroid. I found out mine was shutting down, just as my doctor left the practice. Being in between doctors I had to do my own research to answer questions I had until I saw a new one, and that is some of the information I found. If you look at a graph of my thyroid function, my last relationship going downhill and my thyroid went with it. And if you get sick with a toxic partner, often times they leave you. It’s truly sickening how many women I’ve read about who have gotten cancer of other serious illnesses, operations, etc. and as soon as their men could get out the door they left. Stay safe out there!

It took me close to 5 years to recover from my ex…. The after effects lasted a bit longer than the relationship which was two years. Left the relationship when I was 18 and everyone would tell me I looked 25. My skin was discoloured, I was crying all the time, I had no time to look after me because I was constantly defending myself from him, entered the relationship at 125 and exited at 200+.
Now I’m 24 and everyone thinks I look 19, my skin is so nice that people think I’m wearing makeup half the time, I have more time for me, I’m now 160 and wear a size 8 almost the same size I was in high school.

I’m 145 and i don’t look big but im not happy with how my body has turned out. I got diagnosed with PCOS which has not helped with my hormones and weight. I just ordered some weights and i have a jump rope. I start this week on a year long training of just getting back to my track body

I developed excema on my hands, then it went to my arms and, fortunately, just a little on my face. I didn’t even know what excema was when it started, but after I left that job it started getting a little bit better, but I don’t think it’ll ever all go away. That was the most stressful job I ever had. Or, it’s possibly a family member or a friend that you just can’t seem to get away from. Look at ALL your relationships.

I had an Islamic marriage so there was no dating and it was a short engagement.. the first cycle in that marriage I would lose my ability to walk while on my cycle and then I started peeing on myself before we would walk into the house even if I would use the bathroom 5 mins before going home.. i travel back home bc I married a foreigner and my systems got worst.. I went to an energy healer and she told me your womb is warning you, then my doctor confirmed emotional and psychological problems could cause physical problems and most of the sti are really caused by emotional and mental chronic problems..the healer fixed a lot but I stayed for another year and a half .. then struggled w feminine problems for the next 10 years until I became aggressive about it.. but what surprised me the most was the medication the doctor used to finally fix my problem.. the insurance had to manually authorized my medication a few times..there was no sti involved but she it was bad
Now I look at human interaction totally different.. I don’t want to be touched or even stand too close to ppl.. bc ppl energy could f u up.. and his new wife has the same problem.. she is always going to the doc for feminine issues and her cycle of messed up

I was looking at video we made a month prior to breaking up. I was unrecognizable. My face was so round, I had bad acne and had gained 45 lbs since we got together. A lot of the weight gain was stress but also he loved to make sure I was "eating good". I believe he wanted me fat. After the break up, I lost 30 pounds without even trying.

Everything mentioned is true , my cortisol was so high that my entire body was swelling , I had to wear a size 38 because my skin was sore and clothing would hurt , yet when I stepped on a scale I only weighed 56kg . I couldn't wear makeup because it felt heavy and painful on my skin , my face & neck became darker than the rest of my body , hair became really thin , I aged 10 years in from 2020 to 2022 .

Happened to me too. Severe cystic acne, worst TMJ, tinnitus, muscle loss, back aches, brain fog, and mentally declining. I was 22-27 years old then!!! Now I don't have any of those issues. I have a few grey hairs years later, but damn, never been more beautiful and confident. Grateful for waking up and for realizing I deserved to be healthy and happy. I wish fewer women had a savior complex when it came to sad and broken "GROWN MEN."
