Hi, Maddie. You've got so many stretch videos, but you know, this is my favorite one now. It's been about 1,5 years I stretch watching ur videos, and I never thought I all be able to put one foot right into the knee of my other one leg. I thought I'm such a woody girl, but I'm not🤩🤩🤩🤩Thanx a lot🙋🏻‍♀️

As a yoga teacher, I couldn’t agree more how important it is to take some time to stretch, increase range of motion and balance between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, engagement and relaxation especially in this uncertain period. Hope more people can join this ‘letting go’ practice with us.

Some of these stretches were a little difficult to evaluate, like I wasn't sure if I was doing them correctly sometimes because I am SO inflexible that I have trouble really copying them in form haha. But if you feel the stretch, it means it's working! So if you're like me, then don't give up, and keep stretching

I'm sitting in this posture, trying my froggiest, hurting, yet I'm still several kilometres and lightyears away from the floor. This is a great routine, but you should really show some alternatives, as several postures are currently not available to most (I'd guess) clicking this video.

I may have gone a lil far by saying i was the most inflexible but i definitely was inflexible (couldn't touch my toes at all), i did her 30 min stretch consistently for 2 weeks and would even do it twice a day sometimes! so, yeah

  • @samuels.9631

Compared to the first video this one is not easy for the knees at all.
I’ve torned my ACL in both knees and sitting on ankles or kneeling is not possible or very painful.
Stretching the quads while laying on the stomach is no problem, but full weight on knees is.
So I prefer the first beginner stretch video because it’s more “knee-friendly”.
Maybe you can bring out a knee-friendly stretch routine for beginners.
    Keep up the good work!

I did this before bed and it relaxed me so much! Ive done your past stretch video for 2 days, then I saw this one and thought I'd give it a go. I'm still not flexible and they still 'hurt' but some of the stretches I didnt want to stop! I was like "5 more minutes" even though it hurt. Love it😍

So I have spasticity which means I am extremely not flexible. The first position of having your legs bent under you I cannot do. Any suggestions for next time that I can do. I am in my late 20's now. When I was 20 I would stretch for an hour every day for months and was able to touch my toes so I know I can get there. Currently I cannot touch my knees.
