    "Every Taiwanese parent wants their children to get jobs that can earn them lots of money..."
    I used to think the Chinese are very materialistic, but then I learned Chinese history and how China went through more than two centuries of absolutely horrible times. Foreign invasions, occupation, civil wars, rebellions, famine, natural disasters, epidemics, economy collapse, political revolution and political disturbances, etc
    So now I know understand why Chinese focus on making money. It represents security.
    The Chinese collective memory still remembers that real horrible times and money represents security.

      However, money is does not give security anymore since it can easily be taken away

      If you write down 韓門武學 on Facebook you can find him.
      I only shared a bit of footage because i was there with Will from Monkey Steals Peach channel. You should check out his version of the video, it's much longer.
      You can also find my interview of master Han on my channel 😁

    I wonder at what time Master Han's grandfather was teaching in 228 park? I trained in that park while visiting Taibei in 1995 or 96.

    Does Master Han speaks English? Would he accept foreign students? And what does this curriculum look like?

    • @wushuquestofficial
      @wushuquestofficial  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      His wife is an English teacher but master Han doesn't speak a perfect English. However I'm sure he'd be happy to teach you if you go there.
      His curriculum is pretty much what he explains in the video. If you're talking about Duan etc, note that they aren't very popular in Taiwan.

      @@wushuquestofficial thanks so far for answering. So he teaches merely Chang quan I guess. Jiao Men: Chaquan and also Meihuaquan like his grandfather?

    • @wushuquestofficial
      @wushuquestofficial  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@DarjuschBartsch Yes he was able through learning from almost all his grandfather disciples and his aunt, to learn all the forms of the system.
      Have you watched the video we've made with Will from monkey steals peach about the style?
