    Discovering yin yoga to help with stiffness that seems to occur no matter how much exercise, yoga, tai chi, swimming , walking I do. It's possibly what aging is all about. Your yin yoga freebies are great, so thank you for these.💙🙏

    This could not have come at a better time. I just got a desk job for the first time in my life. I prefer a standing/walking job, but here we are. And I get such a knot in my upper back nearly every day. And even though I get up about every 1-2 hours and walk around, my upper back/neck still hurt. These moves were perfect for what ails me(pun 100% intended)

    practice targeting the neck & shoulder.
    We hold a lot of tension in those areas to be able to gently release is soothing.
    Breath is also important as I try to let go. Much blessings & ❤️as u continue to guide us.

    I have had shoulder and arm pain for a month. My sista sent this to me and it still took me a week to sit down and do it. Happy to say my shoulder feels better now than it has in weeks, just from one practice! Thank you Travis 🙏🏼

    I did this after Yin Yoga Paradise. Simply lovely. I try and do Yin 5 days/week as a complement to 3-4 days of weight training and walking 4-6miles/5-7 days/week. Yin is a wonderful gift. Thank you!!

    I love this one ......on the mat is where I do all of my yin and more. Yang active yoga, I'm a spinal cord injured paraplegic. Who is retaining muscular skeletal strength and mobility

    I wish I could say I needed this from all the chaturangas I do, but in reality it was perfect for all the stiffness I accumulate sitting at a laptop all day. The tension in my wrist from all the mouse work 'clicked' during this yin session and it's never felt so free! Thanks!
