    Sweating at T-minus 5 minutes means it’s gonna be AMAZING. Then when you said navy seal... I knew it was time to strengthen that mindset! Love the powerful music! Great instructions!

    Started this yesterday. Today day 2 - only 106 more days to go..... hands down one of the best ab workouts especially for those like me with lower back problems. Regular Pilates core always hurts my lower back and I get lower back pain during regular yoga practice. A proper core and very well worked abs for me make a huge difference and it’s hard not to stick to a 15 min proper ab workout. Everyone has 15 mins in their day if nothing else! Thanks for this!!

    I have been doing this core workout a few times a week since the pandemic closed down my yoga class. I have mastered all the moves except the forearm plank with side to side rotations... but I keep trying. This is a great core workout and I never get tired of it. I especially like how Travis says "spider cobra" with a raspy voice and I know I have completed my workout. Thanks Travis for a great video!

    My sister and I have been enjoying Travis 's classes so much. We find it very powerful and effective . Since the quarantine, I have converted my sunroom into the yoga room. I have use the space heater and humidifier to practice our yoga. My sister and j have been practicing hot yoga for seven years, we love the heat! I give it a 👍.

    I’m determined to do this workout everyday. The 1st and 2nd days were HARD but by the 3rd I didn’t need as many breaks and I could feel it in different areas of my core. Greater range of movement. BTW great production! Music, lighting, the whole thing.

    I go to the gym every day / it’s part of my routine, I do classes and gym. When lockdown hit I tried to motivate myself by trying to workout at home ... this was not successful.. lucky enough I have a bike I did most of my excise cycling. When the gyms reopen I started a yoga class cause my Pliates class was not on ... never was interested in yoga but thought I would give it a try .. 8 weeks I really started enjoying and see progress in myself.. then another lockdown.. yet again tried to workout at home even paid one of my instructors for some online classes... I only managed to log on once .. in the whole Month so a waste of money there.
    Then the hun reopened again .. and I notice there was another yoga class on so I started to do this one along with the previous class .. then lockdown again... my regular yoga teacher said that she follows a guy called Travis Eliot/ and give it a try .. wow honestly I can’t thank you enough for you amazing classes/ and availability that is on TH-cam.. your classes are the only ones I have continued to do ... some weeks Iv done 3/4 times and then other weeks only once or twice... but no matter how I’m feeling .. even if I don’t have energy there is a class for 15min/ 30mins / 45mins .. thank you for motivating me at home . You are amazing

    ultimate yogi is THE BEST WORKOUT program not just in yoga, but in general, recommend it to everyone, never looked or felt better or thought I would enjoy exercising, please pleeeeease do UY 2 with more advanced postures
