Kind of like Federation Force. Though, to be fair, that game was really only fun if you found three other people to play it with.
I had a keen disinterest in this game, until I was able to pick it up on sale from My Nintendo. It's pretty fun, but nothing too special
I've actually played it, and yeah I definitely wouldn't call it good by any stretch of the imagination. The cutscenes are cute and the bosses are fine, but the levels are uninspired mostly in the beginning, the touchscreen really limits what you can do and the Pikmin Park is a cool concept, but not needed. Only play it if you're already a fan of the franchise is what I'm saying XD

You know, I actually really liked this game. I loved the charm and atmosphere, and the music is really good for a spinoff.
why would the fact it's a spinoff make the music worse?
@@poudink5791 Well, by that I didnt necessarily mean it as in spinoffs have worse music, just that despite having an obviously lower budget than the mainline games, this has some pretty good music.
It's a super chill time killer without requiring a major investment nor stress, having full Amiibo support is nice without making people without Amiibo feel like they're missing out. The Pikmin Park is super satisfying, I wanna see it fleshed out in future Pikmin games 'cause there's a heck of a lot of potential there.

| would have preferred the Piklopedia from pikmin 2, stating the creatures scientific name, taxonomy with family, and a detailed explanation on the science behind the creature. this allows for the fauna to actually be scientifically plausible, to occur within the future.
This would be very satisfying to have in pikmin 4.

Here's the thing: Olimar didn't crash the ship this time, he genuinely got surprised when Hyperspace dropped him near an asteroid field, and the planet this time isn't PNF-404. You immediately think: What's going on here?
And then you see Pikmin 2's Waterwraith, Pikmin 3's Final boss and the thing that possessed the final boss in Hey! and it really lines up. Whatever that thing is, it's a menace and it's growing fast...
Pikmin are freakin adorable as hecc even if they are just little alien plant creatures!!! 😊😁 I never played this game but I really loved the change in style of it going from a 3D to a 2D platform play style format. 😌
