Hi bhatius, Your review was awesome. Big fan of you sir. The way you present a car reviews was unique & superb in all the way. @autocarindia1 Team, Please do 3XO vs Nexon comparison video.
Be it Mahindra or Tata have been launching world class cars but have been missing on updating their service stations. Most of the dealers are pathetic and they have got very expensive even in comparison to a Toyota.
Very bad pricing by Mahindra, instead of 8 lacs it should start at 6lacs, then it would compete easily with other rivals like Exter , Punch etc. I can tell you that hyundai Exter ride quality is better than any car under 10 lacs budget. It's so smooth you wont even know the engine is on most of the times. It's more than sufficient for city rides and even highway rides were fine for me. Mileage is around 12-14 with AC on for me since I find it very difficult to stay without AC. In fact Ac is so good that you'll never have to use it on full blast, Max to max 3 fan for 4-5 mins then 1/2 fan for the rest of the journey. Only issue I would say, not even issue, since Hyundai have a counter-measure for it was a little slow pickup on highways when you want to overtake instantly, but it is solved with Paddle Shifters for manually changing gears without any clutch. Rear AC vents, rear charging port, front 1 charging ports, 2 usb port, sunroof in almost all models, wireless charging, built-in dashcam with interior and exterior recording , free 64gb memory card from Hyundai as well. Connect features on app so you're always aware of your vehicle. Exter is even giving 8 years of software updates for the car software. I don't understand why would any sane human being want to go for XUV 3xO when for 10lacs price XUV has no features. Same AMT model like exter for XuV 3x0 is 15+lacs. You can get a creta in that price which already has more features than XUV 3xO top model. So overall I can say that Exter SX-O-Connect is easily the top choice under 10 lacs for a micro-SUV in a City like Hyderabad
Sadly that's the most demanded feature in family cars nowadays. Hence brands are offering variants with sunroof which don't have a rear defogger and wiper ...even rear parcel tray🤦
Just saw it yesterday and took a test drive too. The diesel engine is powerful and the gear shift in manual are very smooth. However the AMT in diesel is not upto the marke. The biggest let down in the car is the booth space and leg space in the rear seat. I wouldnt like to give an extra 3 lakhs for this car compared to the old one, especially for a panoramic sunroof and ADAS feature.

@@saikirang210 The constant need for the modern day Indians to crave looks over everything else with a car is abysmal. Same with craving an absolutely useless sunroof. You're buying a car where 95% of it is purely for the functionality and convenience it offers. Buying a car with looks being the main priority is just dumb.
Apart from all that, they're offering ADAS level 2, and reliability that no other brand in that price segment even remotely offers. That alone would be more than enough for the people who want an absolutely value for money oriented car,
Bro you want this car to have a light bar?
I genuinely like the front end, has character compared to the previous really mundane looking model. There is also the fact that with any of the current designs the twin peaks logo never really worked but with this grill it just looks right. Untill now I never liked the new logo but here it looks nice & futuristic. Rest is alright too. Wheels are a meh!
What is the difference in driving and comfort between the 16" (AX5) and 17" (AX7) wheels. Please elaborate on that.
Honestly 16 will give your better ride and mileage
17" give better handling & looks
‘Distinctive’ face? That’s a design that is sure to jolt a corpse to sit up in shock.
No.
Great review as usual.
Wow. looks best ❤❤❤. Love it 9/10
Which one will be the better option within 12 lakh: Venue, Nexon, or XUV300....? Please suggest me
I would pick over nexon. Looks good to me but might be a bit odd for some. I wish the boot space would have been bigger
Can you suggest some cars that are good for larger framed individuals like you and me?
Tata would also act greedy by providing their upcoming new 1.2L GDi engine only on the top two trims.
All company should have given option to customer whether they need panaromic sunroof or not.
They should give ventilated seat instead of sunroof.
Due to some customer over rating in sunroof as luxury one all company made this option of sunroof and which backfire for customer later in periods.
I would definitely buy Ax7/Ax7L just swapping for Sunroof to Ventilated Seats. Not sure why people are so fond of sunroof. this is only reason I opted for Nexon Dark Edition Fearless Variant without sunroof
Hi bhatius, Your review was awesome. Big fan of you sir. The way you present a car reviews was unique & superb in all the way. @autocarindia1 Team, Please do 3XO vs Nexon comparison video.
So waiting period will be 2 yrs or 3 yrs??!!
mahindra cars may look avg...but once you drive them u cant help falling in love with .
Be it Mahindra or Tata have been launching world class cars but have been missing on updating their service stations. Most of the dealers are pathetic and they have got very expensive even in comparison to a Toyota.
You guys Rock @autocar
Looks super beautiful imho
Like somebody said it looks like sid the sloth from ice age
What should be the choice b/w diesel and tgdi engines from the POV of a driving enthusiast ?
Front looks decent back is beautiful.
Amazing work Mahindra
Why @autocarindia does not make videos in 4k??
This car is Engineering Marvel. It is very unfortunate that our Indians are not appreciating it. Hope they will understand.
If this car comes with better facelift then this will surely dominate the whole segment in the market.
I hope the updated xuv400 will have some resemblance to this styling
If mahindra offers massive discounts on the older model, would biying that be good choice?? Kindly comment what u guys think.
I want to give my highest regard to the designer of 3XO, by honouring him with "chappal ki maala", becoz of him I don't want to buy such a good car. 😢
Last one is also quite right
Point to be noted by not changing dimension they've saved few bucks on tax where customers can get this in better price.
I really don't understand people's obsession with sun roofs. It's absolute nonsense.
Sadly that's the most demanded feature in family cars nowadays. Hence brands are offering variants with sunroof which don't have a rear defogger and wiper ...even rear parcel tray🤦
New alloys did well while on the go
I'm concerned about noise levels in the cabin. please share your views.
Mahindra can never design a good looking car. Ever. Keep it up.
Need a comparison video for 3XO vs Nexon 🔥
Just saw it yesterday and took a test drive too.
The diesel engine is powerful and the gear shift in manual are very smooth. However the AMT in diesel is not upto the marke. The biggest let down in the car is the booth space and leg space in the rear seat.
I wouldnt like to give an extra 3 lakhs for this car compared to the old one, especially for a panoramic sunroof and ADAS feature.
