Thanks for your reminder .. I know by experience that its really true what you told us: the problem isn't to find good habits to improve your life, bit to stick to them. Have a nice day 🙌

Thank you. Its very informative. The situation is quite common now for all of us and the question is why does behavior change fail? First what leads to behavior change? We should act more and How do we do more? We see ourself again what are we lacking of. And 3 Reasons Mr. Neil just mentioned above.

This was a phenomenally inspirational video! Your topic was miraculously pertinent to some critical challenges I have been working out. The awareness you bring to our expectations about when we will be able to see the fruits of our labors and results from our efforts was so helpful. Thank you for the reminder not to get discouraged and give up, due to having unrealistic expectations about how long the process will take before we get results.
That raises the question, how long should we let something go on? How long should we try for something that we are spending our time and energy on that is not yielding results before we have to cut our losses? Even if we knew succeeding would be a very meaningful and important achievement. At what point does one have to admit defeat? I imagine there is a fine line between noble dedication and a fool who just does not know when to quit, where is that line?
The BEST part of this video is knowing that you will be doing these weekly videos for your lifetime. It is good to know we can always count on you being around with your wise words, helpful insights, and inspirational delivery. Thank you Conor!

Happy new year Conner.. ironically I was able to loose the extra weight when I have realized your advice that things take time and that goals need to be written down..and yes the hunger feeling is good for the body and the mind. Hunger does not stay. I am learning that adults don’t need more than 2 meals and we don’t need snacks. Fasting is good.. Thanks for valuable advice.:

@@ConorNeill oh beautiful. When you visit again, do let me know or make a video announcement I’ll see it; I’ll prepare a gift for you. My first encounter with your material was the video you did on how to improve your speaking. It changed my public speaking to this day. Thank you.

Good insight. Essentially, not such a good idea to place a miserly deadline on personal development but commit to stay in for the long haul.
Question, Prof. What kind of camera and microphone do you use?
    Thamks!

@@ConorNeill Thank you. Good stuff. All self-operated or the ones with a classroom background have a cameraperson?
That is the last ever question:)
