    I'm so glad I came a cross with your exercises I have being doing other type of exercise for my leaks for years but never saw much progress this really works for me!!! I have to complement you for it! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!❤️
    I got my last baby when I washed 40 years old and after that I got leaking issues and doing everything to get better I'm 63 now and I started about 1month now with your exercises and I definitely see the progress and also helping me with my hemorrhoids and stomach problems

    You are an absolute God sent. I.had just about given up hope thinking I can't do any of the exercises for prolapse. I actually did these and enjoyed them!!! I'll be doing them regularly God willing and I pray they will work. I've also got an inguinal hernia and these didn't affect that. So very happy 😊. Thanks a million. 💞

      Thank you so much. Definitely gonna check it out. Did the routine again today and already finding a lot more flexibility, allowing me to drop my knees further apart. I'm really happy. I am trying to avoid surgery for my inguinal hernia and I was wondering if these same exercises can help to strengthen that area as well.

    This is the best video! Love it💕 I struggled with the toes on shin exercise because my DR is so bad it it’s in the way all the time. I’ll try to work up to this. Please block the first comment person, it’s really inappropriate what he wrote.

    I’m having a hysterectomy next year, but have bladder leakage, after one session with this video I could sneeze without leaking 🎉🙌🏻 I’ve continued to do it about 2-3 times a week and can really feel a difference

    Dear sweet, kind caring Dr. Bri,
    This video WAS really fun just like your title says it would be!
    I really appreciate your pointers that you do in most or all of your videos, like when you say that using the block can be a helpful way to activate pelvic floor during exercises. FOr me that's really helpful to know that there are options like that just because I have been so tense and weak at the same time in that area, that even lying on a flat back isn't enough to help me feel confidently able to engage my pelvic floor,let alone standing while doing kitchen stuff, its very hard to engage then too ha ha.
    I also realized that I went too far with your advice about relaxing the pelvic floor, I am realizing that yes I need to relax it but I also need to work on strengthening it and this exercises that are lying down were great for that.
    Its crazy to think that muscles can not be strong enough first because they are too tense, but also too weak, and the weakness being from them being so tense and tight!

    Much love and appreciation you feel like a loving family member I never had before growing up and it fills my heart up so much being able to learn and connect with you in all the ways that you share you presence.
    I was thinking how amazing it is, you get to share and teach so many things through online media that a Physical therapist in person could never teach or share in million years, and when someone has questions about how to heal or strengthen all you have to do is share your programs or videos with them and there you are with tons to share, its like being a super hero human or something, because you get to be in a bunch of different places to teach and share all at once through your hundreds of videos, I was just pondering this thought today, or yesterday, and thought I would share the wild childlike creative thought

      This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including incontinence. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!

      I ve been having irritable bladder syndrome 2years ago.
      Still not cured, But I am looking forward to getting over. So i m doing this every morning with flank exercise.
      I m sure that core muscle is relly good after this.

    I have question, exercises on stationary bike after one year of prolapse surgery would be an option ,or it is absolutely contraindicated..plz do share ur thoughts about prolapse and stationary bike use..ur guidance is really appreciated.

    Hi Dr Bri! Found your video 2 days ago and loved the different exercises and your natural helpful approach! Really like the book under one sitbone on the chair, never done that before!! Been diagnosed with level 2 prolapse in August 2022, symptoms much better but still feel weakness in lower pelvic floor area, but along with my fisio kegels I’m going to build this video into my daily routine!     When we exhale should we not «kegel»? This would an extra effect.Much easier to kegel when u exhale

    Love this! 2nd time doing this workout but when I do the heels together and go up the back of my thighs clench up, you mentioned the claves but mine are fine, it’s the back of my thighs that kill me and I have to stop too painful😅

      Hamstring stretches are your best friend, I dealt with an anterior pelvic tilt. Remember though, women have a natural swerve in our back and often times "correct posture" is taught to women even though it's based on a males anatomy! Listen to professionals, but also listen to your body.

    Nice , a video with no kegels ( they ruined my pelvic floor ).will this help for rectal prolapse ? I am a man and struggle with it for many years.ty
