  • Your entire body is connected, head to toe, and your pelvic floor is at the center of it all! A strong foundation of FOOT HEALTH is required for good pelvic health. Mobilize, stretch, and strengthen your feet, toes, legs, hips, and pelvic floor with this quick 14-minute foot workout. Do it regularly (3-5 times each week) for the best results! Some of these awesome foot exercises were inspired by my friend Tandy Gutierrez www.unicornwellnessstudio.com, @tandy_gutierrez on Instagram.

Omg, this video is most need for me. You are absolutely correct how your pelvic and fascia is connected. Since my knee surgery 3 years ago. My knee never got a perfect bend shortly after I had my pop. I have been working on exercises for my knee , toes, spreading them, ankle, calves and doing hip work. I hope some these suggested exercises I will incorporate them. I also do cupping myself and this helps my fascia . Seat yoga has been helpful. Thanks so much. It will give relief so much needed.

Do you anything for the heal of your foot ? Sometimes I use a golf ball by rolling on it.

@@nerydupage3043 that's a great idea to roll the bottom of your foot on a golf ball, or a tennis ball! If you're looking for more self-massage videos that work on the muscles and fascia throughout the entire body (since it's all connected) try my head-to-tail release: th-cam.com/video/FMKDMwG4brI/w-d-xo.html or my full-body self-massage: th-cam.com/video/DsBnFT-XcVA/w-d-xo.html

I have very painful phacitios, I came across Dr. Bri and this video. After my first time doing this there was quite a lift in my step. Then the strength just follows along the pelvic through to the rest of your body.

Amazing class! I notice the feet in V like that is called "first position" in ballet and promotes lifting the pelvic floor and recently found out a FANTASTIC TIP towards that: "Feel as though you could slip a sheet of paper under the heels" said the ballet teacher and that totally helps get that lifted feeling! It's like it keeps us from collapsing into the heels but still being on them.

I just found your channel yesterday and I already feel optimistic regarding helping to alleviate my pelvic pain. I honestly did not know that stress can effect this part of my body, but now I understand. I always associated stress as in shoulder or back pain. Now I feel there are a variety of options for me to feel better and have a better quality life. I could tell in doing the feet exercises, especially the last two how my pelvic area opened up. Thank you!!! ❤

EVERYONE needs to do this workout on a regular basis-feet health is so important to me - I've always had jobs where I was on my feet so in my 40's I developed heel spurs and plantar fasciitis - once you go down that road it's very difficult to reverse-- these exercises are great - your body NEEDS flexible feet for optimum health but your feet are so easy to ignore. Now there's no excuse! Love this workout

I put it out to the universe to find something to help me and voila! It was difficult for me to do some of these exercises but I pushed through. It was amazing! The pain disappeared! I only had a tinge of pain when I went to bed and this morning. I will do some other exercises on your channel but I'm taking it slow as I have suffered may years with this.
