    Dr Bri you are wonderful. I’m 66 with prolapse, uterine & cystocell and have had a ring pessary for the past six years. After damage to vaginal wall caused by the pessary it’s been removed due to ulceration. Having discussed hysterectomy with my gynae team I decided to try some different exercise than kegals. After two days my prolapse virtually disappeared, only coming down briefly when opening my bowel. Now two weeks later I’m almost used to relaxing when exercising and also when resting. My prolapse rarely rears it’s ugly head, bowel works better and I don’t need to run to the bathroom in the morning. Your exercises have changed my life and I’m so so grateful to you. I’m now ordering your Lady Bits book. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🧡 UK

    Nice work and still always inspiring. The fact that you are doing daily routine on holiday trip proof that it is natural for you as it is for people who like it as well as you do (!?) Can we do the can and cows exercise in uterine prolapse or the full exercise in uterine prolapse

      Everyone is different! For some people with uterine prolapse, cat and cow feels very comfortable and safe. For others, it will aggravate symptoms. Try it (slowly and gently) and see how it feels in your body.

    What can I do to strengthen my pelvic floor standing? I’ve had lumbar fusion L2 to s 1 and 8 months out and allowed to do exercise. But also had a tendon tear a year ago and now get numbness and sacral coccyx numbness and pain and difficulty holding my urine. I’ve been doing the exercises that you do and I don’t know if it’s helping my urinary problems any pointers you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your videos. God bless you Marie.

    Can this be done for endometeriosis? . I had seen you video on endo, but thats an old one (2-3 years) and i did that for a month. I really like the way you speak, it feels as if im healing my lesions, if I want to graduate from that, then can i adapt to these?

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Pelvic floor exercises can benefit those with endometriosis, but it's important to approach them cautiously and consult your healthcare provider. Tailor exercises to your needs, and if you've been doing exercises that help, you can gradually introduce new ones. Always seek guidance from a healthcare professional for personalized advice. ~Vibrant Support

      It’s possible but not guaranteed. I recommend seeing a pelvic floor PT for individualized guidance.

    Hi dr Bri, are any of these excercises dangerous for someone with scoliosis?

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you have scoliosis or any other medical condition, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional or a physical therapist before starting a new exercise. They can provide guidance on which exercises are safe and may even recommend specific exercises tailored to your needs. ~Vibrant Support
