I love the 20 minute workouts! New mom of two and a night shift worker..I just don’t have the time to do anything longer at this point in my life. I love that Amy incorporates workouts for everyone and she has plenty of shorter and longer workouts to choose from and she always offers you to repeat it if it’s not long enough.
Thanks, I enjoyed it & wanted a medium length one. I admit I got confused on the second part of the side lunge, I think I was stepping back with the other foot when I changed directions, but it worked. I'm more comfortable on knees and gripping dumbbells, so could quickly push & pull, then completely subbed 2nd core move with pullover and toe tap, oh and just did a swing for my bonus move. I'm getting better at modifying the parts that stress my body too much. I appreciate your encouragement.

I have my total restday mostly every Thursday. I work out all other days for the rest of the week. I don't do tough workouts every day, but mix cardio, strength, mobility and yoga. And Amy has it all❤This works perfect for me!😊
I have been a big fan of Amy's workouts but this one didn't really do it for me. It felt too short both overall and in the length of the intervals. Tabata seems like it works better with cardio workouts than strength. The core move on your back was also difficult to figure out in 20 seconds.
This quick workout uses superset Tabata rounds with dumbbells to push lower, upper and core to the max!
