    Love that this was only 20 minutes! One thing that might be worth noting: I had music on in the background for motivation, but it was kinda hard to follow the whole video (especially sections 2 & 3) based on visuals because there seemed to be a lot of variations. Ended up doing a bit of my own stuff. Thanks!

      I love the 20 minute workouts! New mom of two and a night shift worker..I just don’t have the time to do anything longer at this point in my life. I love that Amy incorporates workouts for everyone and she has plenty of shorter and longer workouts to choose from and she always offers you to repeat it if it’s not long enough.

    Wow! I woke up with a headache but thought I’d try this anyway. I never thought 20 minutes would feel long and so hard but I did it! I feel so much better and so happy I talked myself into doing the workout!!

    Im feeling extra energetic today so I did the kettlebell superset tabata in the morning and this in the evening. Love how fast they both went (but looking forward to a rest day tomorrow lol).

    Thanks, I enjoyed it & wanted a medium length one. I admit I got confused on the second part of the side lunge, I think I was stepping back with the other foot when I changed directions, but it worked. I'm more comfortable on knees and gripping dumbbells, so could quickly push & pull, then completely subbed 2nd core move with pullover and toe tap, oh and just did a swing for my bonus move. I'm getting better at modifying the parts that stress my body too much. I appreciate your encouragement.

    What do you do about rest days? I am a beginner. Do you just work through or do you have a designated rest day?

      I have my total restday mostly every Thursday. I work out all other days for the rest of the week. I don't do tough workouts every day, but mix cardio, strength, mobility and yoga. And Amy has it all❤This works perfect for me!😊

    I have been a big fan of Amy's workouts but this one didn't really do it for me. It felt too short both overall and in the length of the intervals. Tabata seems like it works better with cardio workouts than strength. The core move on your back was also difficult to figure out in 20 seconds.
