    I am incredibly impressed by this woman's consistency and dedication. She posts a workout @ 5am every morning without fail. I wish I had that kind if discipline.

    This was perfect I needed a 20min-ish workout today. So glad you posted this today especially. Full day ahead. Didn't want to start my Christmas Eve w/o establishing a foundation of fitness (+ meditation; separate w Tara Brach) So that I can be fully present & alive come what may.     I've been going lighter on weights lately due to back pain, but managed OK. I did rows on knees, but then alternated a leg back in order to do the twist, and did side plank on elbow, resting weight on top of hip when I did the dips. I look forward to trying with heavier weights when that feels safe again. Thank you for a medium-length workout, Amy. Merry Christmas!
