A really useful tool, i have been using it for quite a long time already and it's super handy when you have to format/install windows often, just put it in a USB drive with the LAN driver pack downloaded and say goodbye to problems with those computers without lan/wifi drivers after a clean install (for example) 👍 nice work Mike, people should know about this kind of tools

This works well and restored all the network and wifi drivers on an old win Xp professional system. I tried driver talent and several others and they were totally useless.

Hi Mike, this looks like a really useful tool. Do you know what preference this tool takes on amd graphics drivers by default? I wonder whether it would install the reccomended older stable drivers or the newer 20.7 ones

Thanks for the how-to, Mike! Tried to use it to find the PM driver for Lenovo Ideapad 310-14ISK. Hotkeys aren't working after upgrading from W10 HSL to Pro (only volume and light working, disable mic, touchpad and plane mode not) unfortanedly didn't work. At least in ASUS I know I download the ATK driver and that's it.

@ Thank you very much. I dowloaded the Lenovo Vantage and it worked, now I see when mic is mute on screen or pulsing caps. The only trouble that remains is the "plane" mode. It's only shown when I go to network settings in system tray. With Win10 SL the screen displayed the plane, actually. Anyway, support for that laptop is almost out.
Great tutorial, will this try to find the most up to date drivers and if it cant find any for windows 10, show drivers for old versions? My graphics card only has drivers up to windows xp. I was wondering if this tool can find different drivers. Thanks!
it may well do the program really does a deep dive for drivers, so if anything is available it should pick it up

im debaiting downloading the Nvidia driverupdater, should i still do that if im using this for my drivers? or is snappy enough and will still have everything working as should(example being GPU)
Try snappy first then if you need the newer nvidia one so it after a reboot

I am struggling right now. I have updated all my drivers but now my sound is gone completely. It says all my sound and things are working properly but when I try to test audio it says failed to play test tone

Hi there thank you for this! I installed (re installed) windows today on my brand new Asus Zephyrus G14 Ryzen 9 Laptop. I tried to post install using this tool but I still had no keyboard and mouse and issues with the fan and overthrottling. Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong?

@@mikesunboxing because the home version of Windows that it came with was horribly dysfunctional. Nothing worked and I was constantly fighting with it. I've only had it since late August. I then installed Arch Manjaro and it worked better but still had the overheating overthrottling issue which reduced my battery from 12 hours to 2 hours. So Now I thought to return to windows if it avoids this problem but only if I can fix windows!

I have a quick question about this program. I updated all my drivers BUT when I load the program up again, I always a tab at the top like 5:03 saying updates available: 51 driver packs, and when I open this it says that they're missing on my PC but are NOT for my PC. Should I install them anyway?
if the pc is working okay i would call it a day to be honest

Hello Mike, trying to print on an old hp 820cse using laptop with windows seven. Have cable with usb at one end and parallel port at other. There are no 820 drivers on the laptop and have searched for them with no luck. Can you help please?

I need help with installing drivers from scratch, after formatting my PC I have 0 drivers for Ethernet, sound, Bluetooth, I can't use any installer. I can't connect to the Internet.
you probably need to download the drivers on to a USB stick from another PC if you have no internet access on the pc you are trying to update

I've been trying to run warzone on an old pc which just barely meets the minimum requirements and I keep getting this error something about an illegal instruction which keeps me from running warzone and I did some research and hopefully updating drivers is the answer

a driver update too far for me. everything started locking up, had to go back to the last restore point. thanks I might try updating one thing at a time.

Hi Mike: I just downloaded this but when I got to the welcome box and selected Download Indexes Only, I get a notice saying "Exception: std::bad_cast The program will self terminate now" and when I close this box the program closes! Any idea of what is going on here and what I can do to solve it?? Reading the comments from your many viewers on the strength of this program, I'd really like to try it, but don't know what to do. are you using a 32bit or 64bit system, the older 32bit version does this as the index packs use more that 2gb or memory

Hey Mike, I have a8-7410 Apu with AMD Radeon R5 graphics
When install Amd software is only update graphics driver while processor driver date is 2009! What's wrong?
is it a laptop? i can't seem to find much info on that processor from AMD
@@mikesunboxing yes it's laptop! First install everything is fine but some games won't work then I use DDU to remove amd software, and install previous version of amd software. Now graphic card is updated but processor is 2009.
My mistake: is when installing AMd software I choose option (factory data reset). I thought why processors can't update and there is no option ( to roll back )
After doing this process, i restarted my laptop, but it's showing me to choose an option: continue, use a device , troubleshoot, and turn off your pc . How to fix this issue? Thank you

i don't know for sure, i really have never tried, they are generally plug and play devices as far as i know
lol did think this might of been a scam, but i have scanned all files and there totally clean, there was only one driver that i just could not install AMD i2C this was too easy

Hi just used your win 10 pro install video to clean install from win10 32 bit to win 10 pro 64 bit but now I can’t use or find my ssd in HD’s case usb 3.0 flash drive are reckonised but the ssd is not it was before upgrade the mass storage controller is missing tried refresh uninstall etc but can’t find driver as unknown would this product solve it as I’ve copied all my photos etc to the ssd

I installed windows 10 on my newly bought laptop, Chinese machine - evoogaming core i7 9th generation. Mouse pad, worst of it Wi-Fi and other drivers vanished. yes it should do, if not try a motherboard driver disk from any intel motherboard that should do it
