Quick Indicated Tapping Video

A short video to show how I sometimes tap to depth on my lathe. Getting the depth perfect (i.e. within a few thou) is not critical. In the video I overshoot the depth by about .045". When I don't have to hold a camera and narrate I get it much closer to nominal.

I’m going to try that better than a sharpie mark that disappears in your cutting oil after a couple of holes cheers👍👍👍
