    Day 1: just done these in bed and felt the burn. Wasn’t good at the leg over circles 🙈 but that will hopefully improve :)

      @@febbiesjourney-cockerspani3051 It doesn't work that way .If you keep eating food over your maintenance calories you will start gaining fat .Just add 15-30 mins of strength training workout in your daily routine and try to eat around your maintenance calories

    I tried lying down the way u r lying down but my shoulders started hurting so much. I put my head on pillow n did the leg exercises without any pain in my upper body. Can i use a pillow under my head to support my shoulders? Thank you
