I was pretty slim, 115 for all my life since 3rd grade, but as soon as I hit 25 I started gaining weight, eep! I'm 130 now. --and It Really started to scare me. I hope these exercises help me when I get home from work and before I go to bed too. Thank you.

While doing the third exercise we should nt look down I guess. Instead we should lift head and neck by looking at the ceiling I think 😊
