This is by far the most doable, effective, but not boring, abs work out I’ve ever done!
I love that you include a few seconds to change position! It's a small thing, but makes the video way more convenient, esp compared to other workout videos where these few seconds are considered "a break" and therefore neglected.
this is definitely my new favorite workout of yours. and the music makes me feel like i’m in the sims lol

Week 1
Day 1: ✅ it felt really good and im in love with music workout and the creator 💓 definitely recommend just for fun
Day 2:✅ little hard like yesterday but still perfect
Day 3: ✅ felt soo good!! i did her 6 min leg workout too! really recommend one of the best pilates workout ever
Day 4: ✅ today was kinda rough 😭 much harder but i can clearly see changes!! i think today was much harder because i done it on empty stomach and yesterday did 2 workouts instead of one
Day 5: ✅ the hardest day ;( (binged- i feel so gross)
Day 6:✅ a lot easier than day 5
Day 7:✅ really hard! definitely will take rest days in next weeks
week 2
Day 1: ❌ rest day + final exams 🥲

Okey I haven't done any type of exercise since I dropped highschool 6 years ago and I'm recovering from an injury in both elbows therefore I don't have any arm strength, I have sever lumbar pain as well... I'm taking this easy, not forcing myself to do it fully until I start building strength, but pushing myself throw it little by little!
DAY 1: was able to do all the exercise except the one where I had to stand on my wrists because ✨PAIN✨ but I push through the rest. Lasted 15 seconds doing each more than 30 but is okey. Let's see the cramps tomorrow 👌🏻

I absolutely adore your workouts and always work my abs with your videos ❤ but I wanted to ask I don’t exactly know how ad placements work or if you have any control over it but would it be possible to place them at the end or during the breaks as it can get troublesome when two ads on top of each other pop up during the exercises :’)

Apart from pilates, she walks alot. I dont think she includes strength training but she does cardio often

Walk 60min /day help you loose your body fat than hard cardio exercise like running , you can see from lydia she must take a dog to the park. @@eliezhana Search>> Paul Revelia on his walking journey 1 Months.

Idk if it’s just me but with some of these exercises my spine/tailbone hits the ground which rlly hurts
hey girl! if that’s the case try placing a towel or under your lower back and that will help you by providing you with a bit more of support or folding your mat in that area! let me know if that helps 🤍

I did pilates reformer and cadillac before ..and I can say this one at first look so easy but really hurt my abdomen muscle . 15 min is really tortutre😂
My muscles were burning throughout this workout 🔥 Thank you so much for today, enjoyed myself so much and it left me a lot happier 🥰🫶
