I've been doing this for about a month now (not every single day, but most days) and my abs and stomach are so toned now! I have insane ab lines, so I really recommend this workout :)
I love your workouts but I wish you could do some workouts that target more arms as whenever you are doing more full plank exercises I’m literally unable to do them - although I’m getting slightly better:)

Thank you for your free courses, but it is really very annoying that the videos have up to 8 ads in the middle of the training and it would be better to put them at the beginning and end.
Then don’t watch it? If you’re gonna hate then find another channel, I think the dog is funny and makes the Pilates more cheery and entertaining/less boring. You’re entitled to your own opinion but if you want something professional, I don’t know if you will get that from a workout unless you want the most boring one ever. 😂
This is your short span of attention speaking; don't blame it on the poor dog. How are you that easily distracted? You should be looking at her once or twice, and then keep focusing on yourself😭
