    SAHM with 3 kids, ages 12, 3 and 7 weeks. My favorite place to lift is the gym but I've been forced to humble myself and bring some weights into my living room so I can do SOMETHING. I dont even get my workouts in all at once. I have to do them a couple sets at a time when I have a chance to put down baby (who hates being put down for any amount of time longer than maybe 10 minutes). Where there's a will, there's a way.

      That's awesome. What a great role model for your kids to see you in action. I'm sure they will pick up those good habits of yours. Your husband is lucky he got what sounds like a really rare/wonderful woman. I'm sure he's pretty great himself.

      I hear you. I love my time in the gym & it's was preferred place to train but with a baby & a full time job it's a great week if I make it twice. So I've got some dumbbells, heavy kettlebell & a pull up bar at home so I can get my workout in. I normally do a 30min workout at night during the week after baby goes sleep & one heavy gym session on Saturday. But it's hard to push myself at home especially since I'm normally exhausted by 8pm. But something is better than nothing. I tried to do early mornings but most mornings my baby is up & down throughout the night & awake by 5am. Balance is hard but I just remind myself it won't be like this forever.

    I can trace most of what I am successful with or not.....to time management as much as the tasks themselves. Must.Get.Better.

    Lem's shoes are very comfortable and of very high quality! The chukkas look great for regular wear and even make excellent squat shoes. Just picked up the Primal Pursuits for trail running. My feet are much happier since I've made the switch.

    Dude, I have also been using the bar for my traps like Andrew mentioned. I also throw a towel on there and roll my tris and lat-tri connection. Hurts so good.
