  • Josh Peck has established himself as one of Hollywood's rising talents, making the seamless transition from child actor to leading man. He’s starred in feature films such as Mean Creek, The Wackness, Red Dawn, Dany Collins, Take The 10, Netflix’s The Musical, out later this year, and much more. Josh was first seen on Drake and Josh as the overweight childhood actor but has transformed his body and kept it that way. So great to see Josh grow up so much as a human, hes come so far from his time on Drake and Josh and its refreshing to see how much he's learned from his hardships and allowed them to become a better person rather then allowing them to destroy him.

Josh is such a cool down to earth guy and funny as hell, he should get more work, very talented actor/comedian. Im also shocked hes 35, he looks 25still.

Old young lady here to support the channel. Love Russ and hope he is well! Maybe he would agree to a time lapse story of his fitness journey. I admire obese people at the gym, honestly. What a great attitude you have to have - no matter what your size.

Totally agreed with the part about not passing on the bad mentalities surrounding eating. I’m 20 now and I still have a hard time throwing away extra food I get at a restaurant instead of overeating and finishing it all just because I paid for it.

Getting to a point where you are happy to waste food, and throw it away is hard. But it's freeing as well.

I couldn't imagine ever being "happy" about throwing away perfectly good food in any situation. I totally agree, you want to avoid over eating just because you paid for it, but refrigerators and dogs exist.

@@mykelmellen2378 I definitely dont throw away good food. In the past i never "saved it for dinner" but now i do. Its hard to get passed over eating. Even if i had two bites left i wouldnt toss my food away, now I do.

Well…. I used to order a burger - drive thru- take three bites then chuck out the window. The animals will be able to eat my leftovers and I don’t feel bad at all.

The medical community doesn’t fully acknowledge all of the other professionals to even go into solving the issues surrounding an individual’s obesity. So, all the can do is say- “go lose some weight”
