    I've had the timer on my WiFi for the past decade. Of course my family and friends always thought I was "nuts", now it's becoming more common. Same with tap water, I've been saying it's "poison" for the past 20 years, again now it's common knowledge.
    Thank you for this wonderful Podcast MPP and Dave! Sunshine is life!

      Same here brother! wifi timer, spring water and got the smartmeter removed from my house and replaced with old school dial meter. My family knows I''ve been nuts but glad it's all becoming common as well. Cheers!

    1:30:50 there are only two ways to avoid the carbon-14 issues we get from sunlight, either carry around a cement umbrella or live underwater. You can't avoid it. The best thing you can do is build up a tolerance, and make sure you're eating plenty of high protein fatty meats...

    I apparently have high nitric oxide, and *might* even sometimes get too high which could play into my getting migraines on occasion unfortunately. I have this along with high RBC and iron that tends to be higher end of normal or very slightly high (supposedly not high enough to be likely a serious problem, but still something I should keep an eye on). I do wonder how this adds up to impact my fitness.

      Major environmental fundamentals:
      Live by the cycle of the sun as much as possible.
      Spend as much time outside as possible with as little clothes, no sunscreen, minimal sunglass use. Start in the am and evening if it’s high UV(summer up north or anytime in the tropics) to build solar callous if you’re white especially. Drink quality water, eat seafood that is high in DHA and spend time grounded to the earth or in water.
      Avoid tech use as much as you can and definitely at night. Use candles or red light if you have to have something on at night but only for a short while after sunset. Make your sleep area dark and tech free.

    If cold is so good, then why is it the people that live in cold climates tend to have more health problems and shorter lifespans? Do you guys fact check any of these things? I can’t find citations for most of the things that were stated here.

      Japan a high latitude country has a life expectancy of 84. Switzerland has a life expectancy of 83. Iceland life expectancy of 82. Morocco has the life expectancy on the planet 87. Currently there is a surge of more Illness in high latitude countries because in order to collect enough sunlight from a poor light environment cold needs to be required to be induced very regularly to be able to collect more light, that is not happening in those countries particularly Finland whereas compared to Iceland who embraces daily outside exposure both hot and cold with their thermal pools has a much better illness demographic.

      @ChadCilli 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@davidherrera4350 thank you so much for taking the time to respond! I really appreciate it.
      Much of what you're saying echoes what I've learned from Jack Kruse.
      The cold exposure is interesting to me. Do you think those countries you listed live longer because of the cold and their latitude? Or do you think it's more to do with their diet?
      In the US, the ApoE4 allele is correlated with a higher risk of developing Alzheimer's, yet in Nigeria, it appears the ApoE4 allele is protective against Alzheimer's, and the same goes for Southern Italy. I suspect it's because their diet is so much better than the diets consumed in Western cultures and the standard American diet.
      When I look at colder climates and cold exposure, looking across US statistics, people who live in Minnesota, Alaska, Maine, etc have higher rates of autoimmune diseases such as MS. They have higher rates of metabolic diseases such as T2D. It doesn't appear that cold climates improve health for Americans. Perhaps it is because of the lack of sunlight, and maybe that's enough that it cancels out the benefits of cold?
      Thanks again!
