    That's awesome Alex, especially heading to Miami!!! I know 2 ladies that will be happy to see dad!!! You definitely earned the donuts this week. I'm home until Monday, then it's back to work!!! The decent loads are out there, we just have to be creative and willing to work outside the box. Be safe bro!

      @Mr.AlexKogan  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you David!🙏 I’m home until Monday as well and back on the road after. Really hard to get out of Miami though. Unfortunately. The ladies were definitely happy to see me and I’m still trying to enjoy the weekend that I’m home. Then back on the road for at least a month.
      The loads are definitely out there. We just have to be in the right place at the right time and yes, sometimes think outside the box on how to stack and pack it all on the trailer😁

      1. Buy truck and trailer.
      2. Register your LLC business with your state.
      3. Apply for DOT number
      4. Get commercial insurance ( truck/trailer)

      How do you come to that conclusion?

    • @JaissonTatto
      @JaissonTatto ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mr.AlexKogan excess sugar not used for energy is stored as fat. This leads to weight gain and further insulin resistance. This results in type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease and other metabolic abnormalities.

    • @Mr.AlexKogan
      @Mr.AlexKogan  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JaissonTatto I understand all of that. I eat donuts on my most active day. I’m also in the gym that day. Donuts are my cheat day meal and that’s it. I do it once a week. Also to correct you, it’s not excess sugar that’s stored if not used, it’s excess calories in general. I’m in a calorie deficit throughout the week so ai can afford to eat donuts and not gain weight.

    How much do you normally spend on gas?

    • @Mr.AlexKogan
      @Mr.AlexKogan  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s never the same. It all depends on the loads and areas where you drive. If you have tall loads you spend more on fuel and if you’re out west in the mountains, you’ll spend more as well so really hard to answer that question. Maybe $1-1.5k a week if it’s a good week. Plus diesel prices are different in different parts of the country. Texas is under $4 a gallon vs California over $6 a gallon.
