I tried the salad 10/10 would recommend!! It was delicious and easy it was also cheap for me because I already had most of the ingredients in my fridge I just had to buy some fresh lettuce and a lemon! I replaced the almonds for pine nuts because I already had them . It was easy to do the night before and it lasted really well in my cold lunch box ! I was really full afterwards and I’ll definitely make it again

Liesl, here is a good tip for you. Buy a bunch of ripe avocados when in season, cut in half and remove seed. Freeze each half individually on a baking sheet and then once frozen store in freezer bags. Voila! Perfectly ripe avocado anytime you wish! Enjoy!
I made the quinoa/sweet potato salad for lunch today and it was soo yummy!! I roasted pumpkin as well, so that was my own little twist. I love the flavor the lemon gives the roasted veggies.

I was thinking carrot with avocado and cucumber either paired with shrimp or tofu. Anyway, so many youtubers seem to think we have an hour to cook things in the morning (or even a lot of time the night before). These ideas are actually easy, They require little prep and we can easily throw them together before school. Ty.

I tried making the rice paper wraps... RICE PAPER IS NOT EASY TO USE haha I ended up turning it into a salad because it tasted so good. After failing about 6 times I finally made some successfully and they were great.
