Top 4️⃣ reasons you might program cable pull-throughs into your own workouts 👇

If using a lot of load with these then comfort can be an issue. I find these triceps rope attachments to help (mine’s from @beargrips ). If technique IS truly on-point and you’re maxing-out the cable stack for reps then try staggered stance/B stance pull-throughs.
U have a huge triceps bro❤
Love this exercise. I can’t do deadlifts due to lower back issues. So this is a suitable alternative for me.
They’re a perfect workaround for any angry back!
Someone told me i shouldnt bother with this exercise because it doesnt work above a certain weight and i should just use a hip trust machine. Is that valid advice?
A hip thrust machine wouldn’t be an alternative. We would prioritize that and potentially use something like a cable pull through as an assistance exercise. If you’re not lifting the full stack of weight yet (many aren’t when done right!) then your friends argument is irrelevant. :)
@@ElitePhysiqueTraining bro the *trainers* at my gym are really letting me down 😓
@@phylippezimmermannpaquin2062 Not ideal 🫠
How far do you step away
As far away as needed in order to keep tension in the lowest position so the cable doesn't go all the way back and you lose tension on your hams and glutes
