Been doing your workouts everyday for 6 months this month. I started of weighing 54 kilos I’m 5”10 too so I was really underweight. I’m proud to say I weigh 73 kilos now and it’s mostly thanks to you, and a good diet ;) but honestly bro I couldn’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me, really has changed my life ❤️
@@danielbowden.marketing 3 protein shakes a day one with breakfast, lunch and then one after my workout, I prefer to workout in the evening. I also took vitamin supplements everyday, I find centrum too be the best. For meals I would have oats, always tried to have at least 2 eggs as well with white bread but toasted. That would be breakfast, I would have something like sushi, a salad with some chicken. My dinner would usually consist of tuna pasta sweetcorn and cheese, lots of it. Pretty much 3 times a week. I would eat steak every time I could and nailed it down to eating 2 steak meals a week. Then jus switching up proteins for the rest. It was insanely difficult at the start, I was very put off food for a while and felt sick every time I ate. It gets easier but is always a battle. I have slacked a lot the past month tho but it’s Christmas so who cares

And i workout 5 -6 times a week

I’d recommend searching for a calorie calculator, put in your height and how much you weigh and it’ll tell you how many Calories you need to put on weight and if you’re having enough food. Just keep going forward and lifting try not to listen to too many online voices telling you what to eat and not what to eat, as long as your body is getting proper nutrients it’s okay, stressing yourself can make you ill, I got pretty ill for a few months because I was reading about foods not to eat and I stopped eating foods like pasta and bananas just because 1 person said it was bad. I made myself pretty sick I had an eating disorder and bad body dysmorphia so I ended up losing weight and getting weaker. I say that because it was horrific to go through. Just be yourself, lift what you need to lift and eat what you need to eat. I don’t know why people put so much pressure on the right way to work out, as long as you’re truly healthy I don’t see a problem and it’s just a waiting game really bro, it takes a lot of time to see progress and for us we don’t really see it, we get used to seeing our bodies day in and day out that the small changes which do add up, we can’t really notice. Sorry for the long one but I hope this is good advice :)

Previously did your work outs with earbuds but FINALLY you started playing some great techno and now the ear buds are gone -- Keep up the great work and the sik jams.

I started full bodyweight workout for 2 months and I got best results from 40 kg to 59 kg but from studies issues and strees of exams I literally drop my weight and I depressed so I left all workout but then after my exams and schools ended up now I am 50 kg 😔😭 and then I stared after ending exams after 5 months then I stared again by taking goals and it have been 12 th days without excusing 1 day also I have got best result in 12 days I have recover my biceps little bit and weight is grow to 7 kg and I I now 57 kg 💪 and now I will do your fully body workouts and upper body workouts together without excusing 1 day also and then I will see my result 💪 and you guys never give up in you dream as you face many difficulties don't give up keep I up brahs so it is all to say I will tell after 2 months how been I being better so bye bye

You can't Work Out Abs in specific , you need Low Body fat and high muscle definition . So Just train your while Body since Just Training one Area won't give that many changes😊
