@@athletefitness1 voveran मेरे एक डॉक्टर मित्र हैं उन्होंने ने भी सुझाव दिया था। आपने जो कुछ बताया है वो paid course वाले बताते हैं लेकिन आप निःशुल्क सेवा दे रहे हैं ये गौरव की बात है। सर कल मैंने हनुमान जम्प व मार्कर जंप किया था। पैरों में दर्द रहा पर आराम होने के बाद अब पहले से मजबूत और हल्का पैर महसूस कर रहा हूँ। इससे अब थोड़ा पैर भी और ज्यादा खुल रहा है। आज और कल ये दोनों एक्सरसाइज जारी रखूंगा जैसा आपने बताया है 3 दिन। उसके बाद ही लम्बी छलांग लगाऊंगा। बस ये पूछना चाहता हूँ कि इसके साथ 100 मीटर का भी कुछ एक्सरसाइज बता देते आप तो मेरे लिए और सहज हो जाता। फिलहाल 100 मीटर मेरा 19-20 सेकण्ड्स में हो जा रहा जबकि 18 sec मांगे हैं। शार्ट पुट खड़े खड़े हो जा रहा। सिर्फ लम्बी कूद और 100 मीटर का हल्का सा और बढ़ाना है बाकी ईश्वर चाहा और आपकी टिप्स द्वारा जरूर ही अच्छा परिणाम होगा। इसके बाद सब कुछ सही रहा तो आपसे व्यक्तिगत भेंट भी अवश्य हो जाएगी 🙏। आप स्पोर्ट्स एथलीट्स के लिए बहोत अच्छा कार्य कर रहे हैं और आपको देख कर सुनकर ही प्रेरणा मिलती है। जय श्री राम 🙏
